Answering the question of the TV5 interviewer asked him how he intended to make the choice of the Gabonese people stick, in light of recent calls for dialogue, made by the French Prime Minister Manuel Valls, Jean Ping unhesitatingly replied as follows:

"IF THE PEOPLE OF GABON WHO ARE CALLING FOR HELP, ARE NOT HEARD, ARE NOT RESPECTED, AND THAT THEY ARE FORCED TOWARD A SOLUTION THEY DO NOT AGREE WITH, IT WILL NOW BE AS IN EVERYWHERE ELSE, A PROBLEM OF BALANCE OF POWER!”

It is a response heavy with meaning and consequences, which deserves serious decryption. This response was actually intended for those who have the means to restore the Gabonese people within their rights, but refuse to do so, preferring to want to impose unacceptable solutions invariably leading to the approval of the felony.

Jean Ping said in essence that all major embassies and international organizations were on the ground in Gabon when the Gabonese people were attacked by someone who had just stolen their votes. The Gabonese people were massacred before the international community that did not lift a finger. Now some in this community are calling the same people to dialogue with their executioner, to make them accept a solution which they do not want. Ping said clearly that if the Gabonese people were put before this annoyance, they would take their own responsibilities and despite the wishes of the international community, decide to establish their own balance of power on the ground in Gabon.

Dear readers, in simple and easily digestible terms, Jean Ping told the international community that if you push us towards an unacceptable arrangement, which is not consistent with the restoration of the truth of the polls, the Gabonese people will militarize themselves to impose a balance of power on the ground, since the international community would have been unable to do so. That is said!

These words by Jean Ping are welcome to this blog, because we believe that the way of pushing the Gabonese people to go to Ali Bongo’s dialogue is a political folly. If the international community is proposing it to us, it means that it has no consideration for the Gabonese people and their aspirations for freedom. By insisting on this path, its supporters in the international community disqualify themselves in our eyes, and would bear the responsibility of what happens in the future.

What is the balance of power?

We all know that Ali Bongo’s security forces are practically sequestering the Gabonese people. This military omnipresence in the country aims to make the Gabonese people lose all desire for dissent and public protest. Therefore, for the Gabonese people to make their voice heard, as so rightly said by Jean Ping, we must restore the balance of power on the ground in Gabon by making the people capable of defending themselves. This means that if Ali Bongo is staying in power because of arms, we'll have to depose him by using arms!

Things cannot be clearer than that!

Répondant à la question de l’intervieweur de TV5 lui demandant comment il entendait faire respecter le choix du peuple Gabonais compte tenu des récents appels au dialogue formulés par le Premier Ministre Français Manuel Valls, jean Ping a sans hésitation répondu ce qui suit :

« SI LE PEUPLE GABONAIS QUI APPELLE AU SECOURS, N’EST PAS ÉCOUTÉ, N’EST PAS RESPECTÉ, ET QU’ON LE CONTRAINT À UNE SOLUTION QU’IL N’ACCEPTE PAS, CE SERA MAINTENANT COMME PARTOUT AILLEURS UN PROBLÈME DE RAPPORT DE FORCE ! »

C’est une réponse lourde de sens et de conséquences, qui mérite un décryptage sérieux. Cette réponse était en fait destinée à ceux qui ont les moyens de rétablir le peuple Gabonais dans ses droits, mais qui refusent de le faire, préférant vouloir nous imposer des solutions inacceptables débouchant invariablement sur l’approbation de la forfaiture.

Jean Ping dit en substance que toutes les grandes chancelleries et organisations internationales étaient sur le terrain au Gabon quand le peuple Gabonais s’est fait agresser par quelqu’un qui venait de lui voler ses suffrages. Le peuple Gabonais s’est fait massacrer devant la communauté internationale qui n’a pas levé le petit doigt. Aujourd’hui, certains dans cette même communauté, appellent ce même peuple à dialoguer avec leur bourreau, afin de faire accepter au peuple une solution dont il ne veut pas. Ping dit clairement que si le peuple Gabonais était mis devant cette contrariété, il prendrait ses propres responsabilités et en dépit des vœux de la communauté internationale, déciderait d’établir son propre rapport de force sur le terrain au Gabon.

Chers lecteurs, en termes simples et facilement digestibles, Jean Ping dit à la communauté internationale que si vous nous pousser vers un arrangement inacceptable, qui ne cadre pas avec la restauration de la vérité des urnes, le peuple Gabonais va se militariser pour imposer un rapport de force sur le terrain, puisque la communauté internationale en aurait été incapable. Voilà qui est dit !

Ces propos de jean Ping sont les bienvenus pour ce blog, car nous pensons que la voie consistant à pousser les Gabonais à aller au dialogue d’Ali Bongo est une sottise politique. Si la communauté internationale nous la propose, c’est qu’elle n’a aucune considération pour le peuple Gabonais et ses aspirations à la liberté. En insistant pour cette voie, ceux qui la soutiennent dans la communauté internationale se disqualifieraient à nos yeux, et porteraient la responsabilité de ce qui arriverait dans le futur.

Qu’est-ce que le rapport de force ?

Nous savons tous que les forces de sécurité du régime Ali Bongo séquestrent quasiment le peuple Gabonais. Cette omniprésence militaire dans le pays a pour but de faire perdre au peuple Gabonais tout désir de dissidence et de manifestation publique. Par conséquent, pour que le peuple Gabonais puisse faire entendre sa voix, comme le dit si justement Jean Ping, il faut rétablir le rapport de force sur le terrain au Gabon en rendant ce peuple capable de se défendre. Ce qui veut dire que si Ali Bongo s’impose par les armes, nous allons devoir le déposer par les armes !

Les choses ne peuvent pas être plus claires que ça !
