Dear readers, the situation is worse than expected. Until Monday morning, the Gabonese authorities refused to confirm the appointments and the modalities of reception by them, of the report of the European Union. To stifle them, the EU decided to publish the report online without submitting it, which put the regime in a panic and forced them to agree to receive it formally. The withdrawal of the report was in accordance with normal procedures, once the regime agreed to receive it.

Chers lecteurs, la situation est plus grave que prévue. Jusqu'à Lundi matin, les autorités Gabonaises refusaient de confirmer les rendez-vous et les modalités de réception de leur part, du rapport de l’Union Européenne. Pour les faire fléchir, l’EU a décidé de publier le rapport en ligne sans le leur soumettre, ce qui a mis le régime dans la panique et les a forcés à accepter de le recevoir officiellement. Le retrait du rapport répondait aux procédures normales, une fois que le régime a accepté de le recevoir.
