  1. Is this the actual situation outside the ground? Do you think they're going to finish in time?

  2. This is indeed the situation outside the stadium as of sunday, 8 January 2017. I don't think they will finish the stadium on time but the African Football Confederation has no spine and will allow the competition to be played in unfinished stadiums.

    Thanks for your interest.

    1. Thank you for your reply! If you agree I'd like to share these photos on my blog and social accounts, Archistadia, where I write about football grounds and I've just written a guide for the tournament.

      Cheers

    2. Please share freely. We need to let the world know what is going on. The people of Gabon do not want this competition. They love football but when the schools are closed because of teachers strikes, playing football should not be the priority; building schools and paying teachers should!
