THE PIRACY ACT IN LIBREVILLE’S BAY MIGHT BE A SET UP ! L’ACTE DE PIRATERIE DANS LA BAIE DE LIBREVILLE SERAIT UNE MISE EN SCÈNE !

Dear readers, at the suggestion of one of our readers, we have asked our contacts to give us all the information necessary to give us an idea of the recent piracy act off the coast of Libreville. Here is the summary we can give to you:

1. Satram is the Gabonese branch of a Moroccan port logistics and construction company.

2. There are proven links between Satram and the Corsicans established in Gabon and who are close to the Bongo family.

3. The activities of Satram have been in recent years, jealously supervised directly by Ali Bongo, Sylvia Bongo, Noureddine Bongo and Brice Laccruche Alihanga (who had taken over from Accrombessi on this matter).

4. Morocco and the Corsicans established in Gabon are illegally exploiting, in a way that escapes any control by the Gabonese State, many precious raw materials of the country. We are talking about gold, diamonds, Niobium etc.

5. Satram’s boats are used to transport this loot from the interior of the country to the ports of Libreville and Port Gentil from which it is routed to Morocco. All this without any Gabonese control. This is done with the blessing of the Bongos.

6. The act of piracy was allegedly carried out to cover the assassination of the Gabonese Commander Mbina, who knew too much about this traffic. The sponsors thought he could spread the word and threaten their business.

7. Since the first 24 hours of the piracy, no one has spoken of the so called Chinese ships; simply because these boats were used as decoys to pretend that this was an attack by organized pirates and not trained killers hired to get rid of Captain Mbina.

8. To replace Commander Mbina, Satram has entrusted the boat to a Moroccan. The looting of Gabon can therefore continue quietly, far from Gabonese eyes!

Chers lecteurs, sur suggestion d’un de nos lecteurs, nous avons demandé à nos contacts de nous donner tous les éléments nous permettant de nous faire une idée sur ce qui en est des actes de pirateries perpétrés récemment au large de la côte Librevilloise. Voici le résumé que nous pouvons vous faire :

1. Satram est la succursale gabonaise d’une entreprise marocaine de logistique portuaire et de BTP.

2. Il y a des liens avérés entre la Satram et les Corses établis au Gabon et proche de la famille Bongo.

3. Les activités de la Satram ont été ces dernières années, jalousement supervisées directement par Ali Bongo, Sylvia Bongo, Noureddine Bongo et Brice Laccruche Alihanga (qui avait pris le relais d’Accrombessi sur ce dossier).

4. Le Maroc et les Corses établis au Gabon exploitent de manière illégale échappant à tout contrôle de l’Etat Gabonais, de nombreuses matières premières précieuses du pays. On parle de l’or, du diamant, du Niobium etc.

5. Les bateaux de Satram servent à transporter ce butin de l’intérieur du pays vers les ports de Libreville et Port Gentil à partir desquels il est acheminé vers le Maroc. Tout ceci sans aucun contrôle des Gabonais. Ceci est fait avec la bénédiction des Bongo.

6. L’acte de piraterie aurait été monté pour couvrir l’assassinat du Commandant Gabonais Mbina, qui en savait trop sur ce trafic. Les commanditaires pensaient qu’il pouvait ébruiter l’affaire et menacer leur business.

7. Depuis les premières 24 heures de l’acte de piraterie, plus personne ne parle des fameux bateaux Chinois ; simplement parce que ces bateaux ont été utilisés comme leurre pour faire croire à une attaque par des pirates organisés et non des tueurs à gages engagés pour se débarrasser du Capitaine Mbina.

8. Pour remplacer le Commandant Mbina, c’est à un Marocain que Satram a confié le bateau. Le pillage du Gabon peut donc continuer tranquillement, loin des yeux des Gabonais !
