According to the specialized press of the oil sector, after the absorption of Sogara by the Gabon Oil Company, the director general of Sogara, Patrichi Christian Tanasa, would henceforth be surrounded by a financial controller and a former member of the Caisse de stabilisation et de péréquation, which aim to try to save the new entity from the financial ruin. Appointed deputy director of Sogara, along with that of Patrichi Christian Tanasa as director general; Christian Avaro Yeno and Jérémie Ayong previously held the positions of financial controller at Citibank in Gabon and deputy director at Caistab respectively. Jérémie Ayong was in charge of regulating transport and storage costs related to the distribution of petroleum products in Gabon.

The same press tells us that the financial situation of the GOC is so bad today that it would use Caistab funds to pay traders who have imported petroleum products into the country. The two new appointees are responsible for cleaning up the finances of the GOC and Sogara.

Selon la presse spécialisée dans le secteur pétrolier, après l’absorption de la Sogara par la Gabon Oil Company, le directeur général de la Sogara, Patrichi Christian Tanasa, serait dorénavant entouré d'un contrôleur financier et d'un ancien de la Caisse de stabilisation et de péréquation, qui ont pour but de tenter de sauver du gouffre financier la nouvelle entité. Nommés directeurs adjoints de la Sogara, en même temps que Patrichi Christian Tanasa le directeur général ; Christian Avaro Yeno et Jérémie Ayong avaient précédemment occupé respectivement les postes de contrôleur financier à la Citibank du Gabon et de directeur adjoint à la Caistab. Jérémie Ayong était chargé de la régulation des frais de transport et de stockage liés à la distribution des produits pétroliers au Gabon.

Cette même presse nous dit que la situation financière de la GOC est si déplorable aujourd'hui qu'elle ferait appel aux fonds de la Caistab afin de payer les traders qui ont importé des produits pétroliers dans le pays. Les deux nouveaux nommés ont pour mission d’assainir les finances de la GOC et de la Sogara.
