La Lettre du Continent writes that Brice Laccruche-Alihanga has just appointed his men to head the intelligence and security services of Gabon.

Colonel Alain Djibril Ibaba has been placed at the head of the Directorate General of Documentation and Immigration (DGDI), which is the intelligence service of the police. The latter is a former commander of the Gabonese judicial police, and is the son of retired General Alioune Ibaba, who has long been the defense and security advisor to Ali Bongo. Ibaba replaces General Antoine Francis Mbou, appointed to the low-key post of Inspector General of the National Police Force (FPN).

According to the LDC, Antoine Francis Mbou would have been punished for his closeness to the former Minister of the Interior Lambert-Noël Matha, who is accused of having signed the prohibition of leaving the territory against Brice Laccruche-Alihanga, following Ali Bongo’ stroke.

Captain Anselme Leopold Delicat takes the General Directorate of Counter-Interference and Military Security (DGCISM "B2"). He replaced Colonel Jean-Claude Sipamio-Berre, who was appointed to head the National Security Council.

Squadron Leader Lanature Onkoni takes over the Directorate General of Research (DGR), the intelligence service of the gendarmerie. He succeeds Colonel Hubert Nganga, appointed technical inspector of the gendarmerie.

It is undeniable that Laccruche-Alihanga is preparing something. But what are we doing to counter him?

La Lettre du Continent écrit que Brice Laccruche-Alihanga vient de faire nommer des hommes à lui à la tête des services de renseignement et de sécurité du Gabon.

Le colonel Alain Djibril Ibaba a été placé à la tête de la Direction générale de la documentation et de l'immigration (DGDI), qui est le service de renseignement de la police. Ce dernier est un ancien commandant de la police judiciaire gabonaise, et est le fils du général à la retraite Alioune Ibaba, qui a longtemps été le conseiller défense et sécurité d'Ali Bongo. Ibaba remplace le général Antoine Francis Mbou, nommé au poste sans envergure d'inspecteur général des Forces de police nationale (FPN).

D’apres La LDC, Antoine Francis Mbou aurait paie pour être proche de l'ex-ministre de l'intérieur Lambert-Noël Matha, à qui il est reproché d'avoir signé l'interdiction de sortie du territoire de Brice Laccruche-Alihanga, à la suite de l’AVC d’Ali Bongo.

Le capitaine de vaisseau Anselme Léopold Délicat prend la Direction générale des contre-ingérences et de la sécurité militaire (DGCISM "B2"). Il y remplace le colonel Jean-Claude Sipamio-Berre, qui lui a été nommé à la tête du Conseil national de sécurité.

Le chef d'escadron Lanature Onkoni prend la tête de la Direction générale des recherches (DGR), le service de renseignement de la gendarmerie. Il succède au colonel Hubert Nganga, nommé inspecteur technique de la gendarmerie.

Il est indéniable que Laccruche-Alihanga prépare quelque chose. Mais que faisons-nous pour le contrer ?
