English version   A Shady Deal Around Gambling in Gabon Attention, dear readers! The video above reveals that the Minister of Interior has just entrusted the centralization of financial flows from gambling across Gabon to a hitherto unknown company called eTech-SAS . As is often the case with scams, fraudsters try to lull people into a false sense of security by claiming associations with established companies in major countries. In this specific instance, eTech-SAS claims to be linked with a Canadian company named ST Media INC . However, dear readers, ST Media INC does not exist anywhere in Canada , neither in federal nor provincial registries. This is clearly a scam . We are alerting our readership to prevent this act of predation that is currently descending upon Gabon, with the apparent blessing of Hermann Immongault.           Version française   Une Affaire Louche Autour des Jeux de Hasard au...

MEETING IN PARIS BETWEEN THE BONGO-ONDIMBA, THE BONGO-VALENTIN, THE BONGO-SASSOU AND C'BON! RÉUNION À PARIS ENTRE LES BONGO-ONDIMBA, LES BONGO-VALENTIN, LES BONGO-SASSOU ET C’BON!

Image
English version   Africa Intelligence reports that meetings are currently taking place in Paris, bringing together Presidents Denis Sassou-Nguesso and Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema ("C'BON"), as well as Pascaline Bongo, Noureddin Bongo, and Omar Denis Bongo. We are also informed that these meetings have the blessing of Emmanuel Macron.   In Gabon, however, no official statement has informed the public about "C'BON"'s presence in Paris. The last time Gabonese citizens heard of him, he was at the Vatican in Rome. Since then, he has disappeared from radars.   The first thing to note is that Noureddin Bongo's illness seems to have cleared up very quickly, as he's been traveling between London and Paris since his provisional release.   What these individuals are planning in Paris, nobody knows, but what is certain is that the outcome of these meetings risk being yet another disappointment for the Gabonese people.     ...

English version   This blog has become aware of the unpalatable interview recently given by one of the key figures in Gabon's debacle at The Hague, Mr. Guy Rossatanga-Rignault. Our immediate reaction is to remind him of this: when you are partly responsible for Gabon's most crushing defeat, across all sectors, it's wise to lie low for a while. It's imperative to step back, process what happened, and honestly analyze your mistakes.   This means that right now, Guy Rossatanga-Rignault is absolutely not in a position to lecture us on morality or emotional management. Gabonese people won't even allow him to lecture them on legal matters, as we all watched his plea at The Hague unfold on global television, and he certainly didn't cover himself in glory; the outcome was pitiful. So, Mr. Guy Rossatanga-Rignault, please be discreet!   Mr. Guy Rossatanga-Rignault is officially an intellectual and legal fraud. Indeed, he should know that a j...

English version   We're currently receiving an avalanche of abusive emails from enraged Oliguists who believe we're siding with Equatorial Guinea. These individuals are too lazy to think logically. If they did, they'd realize that it wasn't this blog that caused the disaster in The Hague, but rather their so-called specialists, who couldn't even verify that they had the correct documents to support their legal position.   Amid various expletives, ethnicist insults, and particularly biased diatribes, some of these Oliguists—who accuse us of being a Fang fifth column paid by Equatorial Guinea (yes, dear readers, you read that right!)—triumphantly tell us that, in any case, Equatorial Guinea wouldn't be able to access these islands without Gabon's consent, because they are supposedly surrounded by Gabonese territorial waters. Here too, our compatriots are sadly lacking information.   To answer them, we consulted an academic article pu...

THE UNFORGIVABLE SERIOUS MISCONDUCT OF GUY ROSSATANGA-RIGNAULT AND MARIE-MADELEINE MBORANTSUO! L’IMPARDONNABLE FAUTE GRAVE DE GUY ROSSATANGA-RIGNAULT ET MARIE-MADELEINE MBORANTSUO!

English version   The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. Its decisions are final and binding for the states that submit their disputes to it. Consequently, an unfavorable decision can have major, even catastrophic and lasting, consequences for a country.   Dear readers, when one is aware of the stakes described above, and is appointed by their government to defend their country's position in a territorial sovereignty dispute before the ICJ, one must be extremely well prepared. It is a task of immense responsibility that demands meticulous and exhaustive preparation.   Preparation is crucial because the Court's decision can lead to the loss of territory. As the case of Gabon demonstrated, if the contested territory contains natural resources (oil, gas, minerals, fishing grounds), this loss can have significant economic repercussions. Furthermore, the way a country handles such a c...

THE C'BON ERA RISKS BEING THAT OF THE POST-TRUTH! L’ÈRE C’BON RISQUE D’ÊTRE CELLE DE LA POST-VÉRITÉ!

Image
English version   On May 19, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) officially and legally ruled that the islands of Mbanié, Cocotiers, and Conga now fall under the sovereignty of Equatorial Guinea. However, we've observed that since this decision, a number of Gabonese citizens have been encouraging their compatriots to interpret this ruling as a "victory" for Gabon. These individuals claim that, thanks to this judgment, Gabon could reclaim the cities of Mongomo and Ebebiyin from Equatorial Guinea—cities that were skillfully built over twenty years, while Gabon squandered its oil money. Dear readers, by reasoning in this manner, these individuals are dragging Gabon into the era of post-truth.   A Major Strategic Loss These islands can by no means be described as insignificant, as some demagogues are doing. They hold capital strategic importance because their subsoil contains one of the largest still-unexploited oil fields in the Gulf of Guinea. ...

English version   The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has delivered its final judgment regarding the dispute between Gabon and Equatorial Guinea over the delimitation of their land and maritime boundaries and the sovereignty over the islands of Mbanié/Mbañe, Cocotiers/Cocoteros, and Conga. Key points of the decision: Convention of Bata rejected as a legal title: The Court rejected, by 14 votes to 1, Gabon's argument that the "Convention delimiting the land and maritime borders of Equatorial Guinea and Gabon" (the "Convention of Bata") constitutes a binding treaty in their relations and a relevant legal title for the dispute.   Colonial titles recognized for the land border: Unanimously, the Court stated that the legal titles that are binding for the delimitation of the common land border are those held by France on August 17, 1960, and by Spain on October 12, 1968, based on th...
