According to La Lettre du Continent, the latest reshuffle of the Gabonese government has demonstrated a tightening around the securocrats and the Freemasons, to constitute a front of regency.

This reshuffle has seen the strategic roles fall to people in the first masonic circles of the country.

Emmanuel Issoze Ngondet was dismissed because they wanted a prime minister with deep and strong roots in both Freemasonry and the Bongo family.

Indeed, Julien Nkoghé Békalé is an influential member of the Grand Lodge of Gabon which is led by Ali Bongo; and in addition he is married to a Teke lady from Akieni, who is a relative t of Patience Dabany. Julien Nkoghé Békalé would have long headed the Savorgnan de Brazza lodge of the GLG, based in Franceville.

Similarly, the strategic departments of defense, interior and budget, have retained their owner, in whom the Bongo family has full confidence. For diplomacy, it is the former ambassador of Gabon in Morocco, where is orchestrated the regency of the country, Abdu Razzaq Guy Kambogo, who is rewarded. Simple coincidence? No ! He has certainly demonstrated his loyalty by actively participating in the comedy that is unfolding right now and his gift is this ministerial position.

Brice Laccruche Alihanga, another active participant in the regency, not only retains his position as Director of Cabinet, but also succeeded in getting his relatives such as Justin Ndoundangoye to Transport and Emmanuel Norbert Tony Ondo Mba for Energy, to the government.

D’après La Lettre du Continent, le dernier remaniement du gouvernement gabonais a constitué un resserrement entre les sécurocrates et les francs-maçons pour constituer un front de régence.

Ce remaniement a vu les portefeuilles stratégiques échoir à des gens faisant parti des premiers cercles maçonniques du pays.

Emmanuel Issoze Ngondet a été mis au placard, car il fallait un premier ministre ayant de profondes et solides racines à la fois dans la Franc Maçonnerie et auprès de la famille Bongo.

En effet, Julien Nkoghé Békalé, est un membre influent de la Grande loge du Gabon qui est dirigée par Ali Bongo ; et en plus il est marié à une Téké d'Akieni, parente de Patience Dabany. Julien Nkoghé Békalé aurait longtemps dirigé la loge Savorgnan de Brazza de la GLG, basée à Franceville.

De même, les départements stratégiques de la défense, de l’intérieur et du budget, ont conservé leur titulaire, en qui la famille Bongo a entière confiance. Pour la diplomatie, c’est l’ancien Ambassadeur du Gabon au Maroc, lieu où s’orchestre la régence du pays, Abdu Razzaq Guy Kambogo, qui est récompensé. Simple coïncidence ? Non ! Il a certainement démontré sa fidélité en participant activement à la comédie qui se déploie en ce moment et son cadeau est ce poste ministériel.

Brice Laccruche Alihanga, un autre participant actif à la régence, non seulement conserve son poste de Directeur de Cabinet, mais réussi aussi à faire placer ses proches tels que Justin Ndoundangoye aux Transports et Emmanuel Norbert Tony Ondo Mba pour l’Energie, au gouvernement.
