La tournée est très bien organisée et calibrée sur les symboles chers aux populations de cette région septentrionale. Ceci prouve que les conseillers de Jean Ping dans cette région saisissent bien l’importance d’un contact franc et modeste entre le potentiel candidat et les habitants de l’arrière-pays.
