Before us, Gabon, this State claiming to be Republican, is disappearing; leaving behind a new order responding to a single imperative: the political survival of Ali Bongo. But what is ridiculous is that this political survival of Ali Bongo is devoid of any significance, for it is absurdly a survival where the only thing that matters is "survival at all costs." This results in funny situations seeing the Gabonese state disintegrate before the necessity of Ali Bongo’s survival.

In recent days, for example, the Gabonese judiciary is on strike because of fanciful appointments operated in this body by Ali Bongo, during last cabinet meeting. Appointments that according to a statement from the National Union of Magistrates (Synamag), "dealt a mortal blow to the exemplary and dignity of judges (...) but above all to the respectability that these different functions command."

But a more advanced analysis by compatriot Jean-Gaspard Ntoutoume Ayi, tells us better why these appointments. Ali Bongo needs a birth certificate to run for president in 2016 and according to the nationality code in the Gabonese Republic, he would need a President of the Court of Appeal that would look away for that miracle to occur ; and this is why the appointment to that position of Sidonie Flore Ouwé.

Article 40.

The citizenship certificate is a document justifying the nationality that affirms, referring to the current legislation, the provisions under which the person concerned has the Gabonese nationality, and the elements that helped establish it. It is authentic until proven otherwise.

Article 41

The President of the Court of First Instance has sole authority to issue a certificate of Gabonese nationality to any person justifying to have that nationality. When the President of the Court of First Instance refuses to issue a certificate of citizenship, a person may appeal to the Court of Appeal. If agreed by the Court of appeal, a copy of the certificate of nationality is transmitted to the Prosecutor by the President of the Tribunal who would have established it.

Article 43.

Disputes relating to nationality must be brought before the competent Court of Appeal in whose jurisdiction the applicant has his domicile, or if they are abroad, to the Court of Appeal of the Libreville judiciary. However, decisions of the Head of State intervened in matters of nationality can only be challenged before the Administrative Court, and only for abuse of power.

Dear readers, you'll quickly make the link between the presence of Mrs Ouwé at the post of President of the Court of Appeal and the need for Ali Bongo to receive the necessary anointing establishing his nationality. Judges who are not crazy, have smelled the dirty trick, and this explains the strike. It is at these turning points that we must all resist and denounce the machinations of Ali Bongo.

Devant nous, le Gabon, cet Etat qui se prétend républicain, est en train de disparaitre ; laissant naitre un nouvel ordre ne répondant qu’à un seul impératif : celui de la survie politique d’Ali Bongo. Mais le ridicule est que cette survie politique d’Ali Bongo soit dénouée de toute signification, car c’est absurdement une survie où la seule chose qui compte soit : « la survie à tout prix ». Ce qui donne lieu à des situations des plus caucasses voyant l’Etat Gabonais se désagréger devant la nécessité de la survie d’Ali Bongo.

Depuis quelques jours par exemple, le corps judiciaire Gabonais est en grève, en raison de nominations fantaisistes opérées dans ce corps par Ali Bongo, lors de dernier conseil des ministres. Des nominations qui selon un communiqué du Syndicat national de la magistrature (Synamag), « ont porté un coup mortel à l’exemplarité et la dignité des magistrats (…) mais aussi et surtout à l’honorabilité à laquelle renvoient ces différentes fonctions».

Mais une analyse plus avancée du compatriote Jean Gaspard Ntoutoume-Ayi, nous situe mieux le pourquoi de ces nominations. Ali Bongo a besoin d’un acte de naissance pour se présenter à la présidentielle 2016 et selon le code de la nationalité en République Gabonaise, il aurait besoin d’un Président de la Cour d’Appel peu regardant pour que ce miracle puisse se produire ; et c’est ce qui explique la nomination à ce poste de Mme Sidonie Flore Ouwé.

Article 40.

Le certificat de nationalité est une pièce justificative de la nationalité qui indique, en se référant aux textes en vigueur, les dispositions en vertu desquelles l’intéressé a la nationalité gabonaise, ainsi que les éléments qui ont permis de l’établir. Il fait foi jusqu’à preuve du contraire.

Article 41

Le président du Tribunal de Première Instance a seul qualité pour délivrer un certificat de nationalité gabonaise à toute personne justifiant qu’elle a cette nationalité. Lorsque le Président du Tribunal de Première Instance refuse de délivrer un certificat de nationalité, l’intéressé peut saisir de sa demande la Cour d’Appel judiciaire. En cas d’accord de la Cour d’appel judiciaire, copie du certificat de nationalité est transmise au Procureur de la République par les soins du Président du Tribunal qui l’aura délivrée.

Article 43.

Les contestations relatives à la nationalité doivent être portées devant la Cour d’Appel compétente dans le ressort duquel le demandeur a son domicile, ou si celui-ci est à l’étranger, devant la Cour d’Appel de l’ordre judiciaire de Libreville. Toutefois, les décisions du Chef de l’État intervenues en matière de nationalité ne peuvent être contestées que devant la Cour Administrative, et seulement pour excès de pouvoir.

Chers lecteurs, vous aurez rapidement fait le lien entre la présence de Madame Ouwé au poste de Présidente de Cour d’Appel et la nécessité pour Ali Bongo de recevoir l’onction nécessaire établissant sa nationalité. Les magistrats qui ne sont pas fous, ont flairé le coup fourré, d’où la grève. C’est à tous ces tournants que nous devrons tous résister et dénoncer les machinations d’Ali Bongo.
