On Sunday, November 12, 2023, Raphael Ngazouze, the Gabonese Minister of Public Service and his closest advisors, appeared on the program "Les Grands Dossiers" on Gabon Première. Viewers and people online must have been worried to discover an ignorant minister, completely beneath everything; and a team around the ignorant in chief, no more capable than he. Gabonese civil servants should ask themselves questions about the caliber of the people who lead them.

 

Gabon seems to have a Minister of Public Service who does not master his subject. Looking at their televisions, computers and mobile phones, people felt a kind of disappointment, that of people who feel cheated to have at the head of a very sensitive department such as the Civil Service, a character who seems out of his element.

 

One may wonder how a gentleman who was so inefficient in mastering his subject could have been chosen as minister of this department, so far removed did he appear from the worries and issues of the average civil servant.

 

It is very dangerous to have ministers who are ignorant of their department, because it does not augur well for a better tomorrow for Gabon. Raymond Ndong-Sima owes us an explanation about this casting, because Gabon should not be condemned to be ruled by ignorant people; by people who don't know what they're talking about; who lead in a state of permanent intellectual confusion; and who thunderously assert factual falsehoods and inaccuracies.

 

But the most important question that Raymond Ndong-Sima must answer is to explain how such a character managed, in this period of transition, to be judged as having the right profile to occupy the position of Minister of Public Service?

 

In this transition, how many other high-ranking officials are in fact impostors, because they are poorly trained, unfit, intellectually deficient, etc.? The Gabonese people do not ask to be led by a team of gifted people; but Raphael Ngazouze is an underachiever, and that's unacceptable.

 

After 14 years of emptiness, we hoped to be led by people of a different caliber; but the transition regime seems to be more about continuity than change, unfortunately.

Le Dimanche 12 Novembre 2023, Raphael Ngazouze, le Ministre Gabonais de la Fonction publique et ses plus proches conseillers, passaient à l’émission « Les Grands Dossiers » sur Gabon Première. Les téléspectateurs et internautes ont découvert avec inquiétude, un ministre ignorant, complètement en dessous de tout ; et une équipe autour de l’ignorant en chef, pas plus capable que lui. Les agents de la Fonction publique Gabonaise devraient se poser des questions sur le calibre des gens qui les dirigent.

 

Le Gabon semble avoir un ministre de la Fonction publique qui ne maîtrise pas son sujet. En regardant leur téléviseurs, ordinateurs et téléphones portables, les gens ont ressenti une sorte de déception, celle de gens qui se sentent floués d’avoir à la tête d’un département ô combien sensible comme la Fonction publique, un personnage qui semble hors de son élément.

 

On peut se demander comment un monsieur si peu performant dans la maitrise de ses dossiers, a pu être choisi comme ministre de ce département, tant il apparaissait fort éloigné des soucis et tracas du fonctionnaire moyen.

 

Il est très dangereux d’avoir des ministres ignorants de leur département, car cela n’augure pas des lendemains meilleurs pour le Gabon. Raymond Ndong-Sima doit nous doit une explication au sujet de ce casting, car le Gabon ne devrait pas être condamné à être dirige par des ignorants ; par des gens qui ne savent pas de quoi ils parlent ; qui dirigent dans une confusion intellectuelle permanente ; et qui affirment avec tonitruance des faussetés et des inexactitudes factuelles.

 

Mais la question la plus important à laquelle Raymond Ndong-Sima doit répondre, est celle de nous expliquer comment un pareil personnage a-t-il réussi, en cette période de transition, à être juge comme ayant le profil qu’il faut pour occuper le poste de ministre de la Fonction publique ?

 

Dans cette transition, combien d’autres haut responsables sont en fait des imposteurs, car mal formés, inaptes, défaillants intellectuels etc. ? Les Gabonais ne demandent pas d’être dirigés par une équipe de surdoués ; mais Raphael Ngazouze c’est un sous-doué, et ça c’est inadmissible.

 

Après 14 ans de vacuité, on espérait être dirige par des gens d’un autre calibre ; mais le régime de transition semble se confirmer être plus dans la continuité que le changement, malheureusement.
