Le processus de libération du pays par le peuple gabonais est résolument engagé. Il est notamment en marche depuis le jeudi 13 novembre 2014 à la suite de la demande d’une inscription de faux en écriture publique présentée par les membres du FRONT au Président du Tribunal de Première Instance de Libreville et visant un Acte de Naissance établi le 29 mai 2009 au 3ème arrondissement de Libreville. Cette plainte demande au Juge de dire le Droit et de constater que cet acte présente en ses mentions des énonciations fausses et, en conséquence, le déclare nul et de nul effet. La procédure se poursuit par une requête en inscription de faux en écriture publique visant à demander au même Juge d’assigner Monsieur Ali Bongo Ondimba et de déclarer faux l’Acte de Naissance inscrit en faux en écriture publique.
