All "enlightened" observers of the Gabonese political landscape, all those that stand out from the pack crying loudly to support this or that, without being able to articulate the reasons; the Gabonese interested in the rule of law, the constitution and the republic (not in Bilié Bi Nzé sense of the term), are simply stunned and distressed by the unqualifiedly irrational manner with which Ali Bongo uses false documents as support of his existence.

As stated by one of our readers, with Ali Bongo, we are in the presence of a "Gabonese Caesarism" which considers like Louis XIV that "I am the state"; and therefore, he does what he wants, when he wants, where he wants; without worrying about the consequences of his action, because again, he is the state. Therefore, if he needs a birth certificate, he actually has one fabricated. If that birth certificate is poorly forged and the infringements too obvious, it does not matter, he just asks for another, this time a pseudo birth certificate supposedly from Brazzaville; but again the document is too coarse to fool even a baby. And what of the supposed pictures showing Ali Bongo with some Gabonese, before 1968? These photos are of a falsity and manipulation so telling that even the supporters of Ali Bongo are ashamed of them. Dear readers, with Ali Bongo, in terms of moral and political decay, we have hit bottom.

To the point where we are, that Ali Bongo likes it or not, it's time for the thinking Gabonese to declare collectively unambiguously and forcefully that his recidivism in forgery and use of forgery, has led the Gabonese people to decide that he is now unable to act on behalf of the people and therefore to preside over the destiny of the country. Dear readers, when the acts of a Head of State are not consistent with the law, the constitution of the State, it becomes imperative for the people to recognize that the Head of State is deprived of the moral character needed for the presidential office; he is a danger to the nation and must be rejected.

By having false documents fabricated and using them in his application for the 2009 presidential election, Ali Bongo has violated Gabonese law, worse he has violated the constitution. This fact cannot be tolerated because if Ali Bongo can fundamentally violate the Gabonese Constitution, why stick to that Constitution since it is not applied? If we want the rule of law to take root in Gabon, if we want the constitution to effectively become the matrix of a strong state, if we want to end the interference in Gabon's political landscape of recurrent and incapable impostors, it is a priority to kick Ali Bongo out as quickly as possible.

The citadel of confusion and special privileges that the Bongos have built in the Gabonese political microcosm, hinders any chance of building a strong Republic, of a strong State, a modern and conquering Gabon. It is now, in a more serious and reasoned manner, about bringing up to date: the respect of the laws, the love of the nation, the moral probity vis-à-vis and its inhabitants, a vocation for work and merit. Today, in view of various felonies he is guilty of, the political horizon of Ali Bongo in Gabon is now clogged and his regime is now stuck because immobilized by breakdowns of ideas and initiatives.

What remains of the Bongo power is just some appendage representing a forger President who governs the country by proxy, challenged by an opposition that is calling for the application of Article 10 of the Constitution, in a context where the vacancy of state power is no longer in doubt. In this context, the search for a consensus between government and opposition to end the crisis is no longer valid. The only approach in which most thinking Gabonese are in agreement today, is that of the departure of Ali Bongo as quickly as possible. No smokescreen operation by the regime to buy some time, can be accepted. Cleaning the Gabonese gangrene begins with the unconditional departure of Ali Bongo.

Tous les observateurs «éclairés» du paysage politique gabonais, tous ceux qui se distinguent de la meute qui crie à tue-tête de soutenir un tel ou un tel autre, sans pouvoir en articuler les raisons; ces Gabonais qui s’intéressent à l’Etat de droit, à la constitution et à la République (pas au sens Bilié Bi Nzéen du terme), sont simplement abasourdis et affligés de la manière inqualifiablement irraisonnée, avec laquelle Ali Bongo se sert de faux documents comme support d’existence.

Comme nous l’a dit un de nos lecteurs, avec Ali Bongo, nous sommes en présence d’un "Césarisme Gabonais" qui considère comme Louis XIV : que "L'Etat, c'est moi"; et par conséquent, il fait ce qu’il veut, quand il veut, où il veut ; sans se soucier des conséquences de son action, car encore une fois, l’Etat c’est lui. Alors, s’il a besoin d’un acte de naissance, il s’en fait fabriquer un. Si cet acte de naissance est mal élaboré et sa contrefaçon trop évidente, ce n’est pas grave, il se fait établir un autre, cette fois un pseudo certificat de naissance soit disant émanant de Brazzaville; mais là encore le document est trop grossier pour tromper un poupon. Et que dire des photos sensées montrer Ali Bongo parmi des Gabonais avant 1968 ? Ces photos sont d’une fausseté et d’un montage tellement parlant, que même les supporters d’Ali Bongo en ont honte. Chers lecteurs, avec Ali Bongo, en termes de décrépitude morale et politique, on a touché le fond.

Au point où on en est, qu’Ali Bongo le veuille ou non, il est temps pour les Gabonais pensants, de déclarer sans ambiguïté et avec force, que son récidivisme dans faux et usage de faux, conduit collectivement le peuple Gabonais à décider que ce dernier soit dorénavant dans l’incapacité d’agir au nom de ce peuple et par conséquent de présider à la destinée du pays. Chers lecteurs, quand les actes d’un Chef d’Etat ne sont pas conforme à la loi, à la constitution de cet Etat, il devient impératif pour le peuple de reconnaitre que ce Chef d’Etat soit démuni des moyens moraux nécessaires à la fonction présidentielle ; il est donc un danger pour la nation et doit être écarté.

En se faisant établir des faux documents et en les utilisant dans son dossier de candidature à la présidentielle de 2009, Ali Bongo a violée la loi Gabonaise, pire il a enfreint la constitution. Ce fait ne saurait être toléré car si Ali Bongo peut violer fondamentalement la Constitution gabonaise, à quoi bon s’en tenir à cette Constitution puisqu'elle n'est pas appliquée? Si nous voulons que l’Etat de droit s’installe au Gabon, si nous désirons que la constitution puisse effectivement devenir la matrice d'un Etat fort, si nous voulons mettre fin au parasitage du paysage politique gabonais par de récurrents et incapables imposteurs, il est prioritaire de faire partir Ali Bongo le plus rapidement possible.

La citadelle de confusion et de passe-droit qu’ont bâti les Bongo au sein du microcosme politique gabonais, entrave toute chance d'édification d'une République solide, d'un Etat fort, d'un Gabon moderne et conquérant. Il s’agit aujourd’hui, de manière plus sérieuse et plus raisonnée, de remettre au goût du jour le respect des textes, l’amour de la nation, la probité morale vis-à-vis d’elle et de ses habitants, une vocation pour le travail et le mérite. Aujourd’hui, au vu de diverses forfaitures dont il s’est rendu coupable, l’horizon politique d’Ali Bongo est désormais bouché au Gabon et son régime est dorénavant embourbé car immobilisé par des pannes d’idées et d’initiatives.

Ce qui reste du pouvoir Bongo n’est plus qu’un artifice incarné par un Président faussaire, qui gouverne le pays par procuration; contesté par une opposition qui réclame l’application de l’article 10 de la Constitution, dans un contexte où l’état de vacance du pouvoir ne fait plus aucun doute. Dans ce contexte, la recherche d’un consensus entre pouvoir et opposition pour sortir de la crise, n’est plus d’actualité. La seule démarche dans laquelle se retrouvent la plupart des gabonais pensants, aujourd‘hui, est celle du départ d’Ali Bongo le plus rapidement possible. Aucune opération d’enfumage par le pouvoir, pour gagner du temps, ne saurait être acceptée. Le nettoyage de la gangrène gabonaise commence par un départ sans conditions d’Ali Bongo.
