In general terms, a school is by definition an institution where people are educated. More specifically, a “school” is an organization that has the primary function of providing formal instruction to students, of maintaining a regular faculty and curriculum, of having a regularly enrolled student body, and having a place where its educational activities are carried on safely and optimally.

It is for all these reasons that schools must be accredited by the ministry of National Education. But in Gabon, as the start of the school year is still uncertain, the Ali Bongo’s regime, having neglected to build a single school during the past 7 years, suddenly realized that it had a shortage of classrooms; and is now scrambling to open schools wherever it can, without any regards to standards and requirements.

Is this the emphasis on equal opportunities Ali Bongo has been touting? Gabonese pupils cannot be treated like guinea pig upon whom Ali Bongo is experimenting with education nonsense. This cannot be tolerated!

En termes généraux, une école est par définition, une institution où les gens reçoivent une instruction. Plus précisément, une «école» est une organisation qui a pour fonction première de fournir un enseignement formel aux élèves, d’avoir des enseignants réguliers et un curriculum établi ; d'avoir un corps étudiant régulièrement inscrit et ayant un local où ces activités éducatives sont menées en toute sécurité et de manière optimale.

C’est pour toutes ces raisons que les écoles doivent être accréditées par le ministère de l'Education Nationale. Mais au Gabon, alors que le début de l'année scolaire est encore incertain, le régime Ali Bongo ayant négligé de construire une seule école au cours des 7 dernières années, soudain réalisant qu'il y avait une pénurie de salles de classe, est maintenant en train d'ouvrir des écoles en catastrophe partout où il peut, sans égard aux normes et exigences propres au domaine de l’éducation.

Est-ce cela l'égalité des chances que vantait Ali Bongo? Les élèves gabonais ne peuvent pas être traités comme des cobayes sur lesquels Ali Bongo vient expérimenter l'éducation au rabais. Cela ne peut pas être toléré!
