It is necessary for us to never forget our martyrs, and the right thing to do. One day we will canonize our martyrs; all of them. There is no doubt about it. History is on our side.

We still carry deep feelings of grief. The pain of the murder of so many Gabonese citizens by Ali Bongo, is still fresh. Today, we must remember those martyrs, who sacrificed their lives to give us true freedom and independence. This day is dawning with our determination to keep their spirit alive with full vigor, and to continue the fight against the enemies of our freedom.

Today, we are remembering and paying tribute to all our martyrs. They belong to every segment of the nation. They are in all of us.

We will not forget them, and we will never give up!

Il est fondamental de ne jamais oublier nos martyrs et c’est la bonne conduite à tenir. Un jour nous canoniserons nos martyrs; tous nos martyrs. Il n'y aucun doute là-dessus. L'histoire est de notre côté.

Nous ressentons toujours une profonde tristesse. La douleur de l'assassinat de tant de citoyens Gabonais par Ali Bongo est toujours en nous. Aujourd'hui, nous devons nous souvenir de ces martyrs qui ont sacrifié leur vie pour nous donner une véritable liberté et indépendance. Ce jour commémore notre détermination à garder leur esprit en nous avec toute sa vigueur et de continuer le combat contre les ennemis de notre liberté.

Aujourd'hui, nous nous rappelons et rendons hommage à tous nos martyrs. Ils appartiennent à tous les segments de la nation. Ils sont en chacun de nous.

Nous ne les oublierons pas et nous ne lâcherons jamais!
