As we told you before, a real estate company called KCI is in an open conflict with Ali Bongo in trying to recover a debt of several billion CFA francs.

A judgment of the French court of arbitration has already been pronounced, asking Gabon to pay KCI. Gabon challenges this judgment. But KCI has asked for a seizure action against of the property called Pozzo Di Borgo and has suggested its sale in order to recovery the claim.

Dear readers, that's not all, because the heirs of Guido Santullo, the recently deceased construction businessman, who was in financial conflict with Ali Bongo, have also decided to ask for the seizure of the same Pozzo Di Borgo for the recovery of debts owed to them by Ali Bongo.

As you can see, bad time for Ali Bongo.

Nous vous l’avions déjà dit, une société immobilière du nom de KCI serait entrée en conflit ouvert avec Ali Bongo afin de recouvrer une créance de plusieurs milliards de francs CFA.

Un jugement du tribunal arbitral français a déjà été prononcé, demandant au Gabon de payer KCI. Le Gabon conteste ce jugement. Mais KCI instruit une action de saisi de l’Hôtel Particulier Pozzo Di Borgo et de sa mise en vente pour le recouvrement de la créance.
