Mediapart has published wiretaps revealing to us that in 2013, Bernard Squarcini, the former boss of the French Internal Secret Services, obtained from Maixent Accrombessi, the appointment of his son by the Council of Ministers of Gabon, while the individual in question certainly did not have the documents or the skills enabling him to obtain this privilege, which is reserved only for nationals. Gabon is either an independent state with precise laws, or it is not!

Raymond Ndong-Sima was Ali Bongo’s Prime Minister from 2012 to 2014. Consequently, at the material time it was he who was in office when his government appointed Squarcin’ son.

In Gabon, it is said that appointments by the Council of Ministers are achieved based on proposal of the Prime Minister and approval of the President of the Republic. Therefore, even if the national parks were directly attached to the Presidency of the Republic through the National Agency of National Parks headed by Lee White, any appointment by the Council of Ministers had to be endorsed by the Prime Minister.

Mediapart a publié des écoutes téléphoniques nous révélant qu’en 2013, Bernard Squarcini, l’ex-patron des Services Secrets Internes Français, obtenu de Maixent Accrombessi, la nomination de son fils par Conseil des Ministres au Gabon, alors que l’individu en question ne disposait certainement pas de documents ni de compétences lui permettant d’obtenir ce privilège réservé aux seuls nationaux. Le Gabon est soit un État indépendant ayant des lois précises, ou il ne l’est pas !

Raymond Ndong-Sima fut Premier Ministre d’Ali Bongo de 2012 à 2014. Par conséquent, au moment des faits c’est bien lui qui était en poste au moment de la nomination par son gouvernement du fils Squarcini.

Au Gabon, il est dit que les nominations en Conseils des Ministres sont faites sur proposition du Premier Ministre et approbation du Président de la République. Par conséquent, même si les parc nationaux étaient directement rattachés à la Présidence de la République par l’Agence Nationale des Parc Nationaux que dirigeait Lee White, toute nomination en Conseil des ministres devait recevoir l’aval du Premier Ministre.
