Dear readers, as you can see above, in June 2018, the rating agency Moody’s granted Gabon a rating of Caa1. A year later in June 2019, Gabon received the same poor rating from the same agency. Now, the ratings for June 2020 have just been released and reveal that Gabon still received the same poor rating of Caa1. But curiously, the Gabonese Minister of Economy is climbing on electric poles with happiness because he has received the same poor notation for the third consecutive year!

But what's wrong with the dunces who run us?

It is a bit as if a student who receives an average of 7/20 in the first quarter, then another 7/20 in the second quarter and another 7/20 in the third quarter, goes to their parents smiling and asking them to for gifts because he would consider himself to be very consistent!

Chers lecteurs, comme vous pouvez le constater ci-dessus, en Juin 2018, l’agence de notation Moody’s a octroyé au Gabon une note de Caa1. Un an plus tard en Juin 2019, le Gabon reçu de la même agence la même note médiocre. Voici que les notes de Juin 2020 viennent de sortir et révèlent que le Gabon a encore reçu la même note médiocre de Caa1. Mais curieusement, le ministre Gabonais de l’Economie monte sur les poteaux électriques tellement il est content de recevoir la même médiocre note pour la troisième année consécutive!

Mais qu’est-ce qui ne va pas dans la tête de ces cancres qui nous dirigent ?

C’est un peu comme si un élève qui reçoit 7/20 de moyenne au premier trimestre, puis un autre 7/20 au deuxième trimestre et encore un 7/20 au troisième trimestre, irait vers ses parents en souriant et leur demandant de lui offrir des cadeaux parce qu’il estimerait être très constant !
