GABON HAS BECOME A PARENTOCRACY! LE GABON EST DEVENUE UNE PARENTOCRATIE!
A cold observation of the stratification of
Gabonese society shows that more and more, the republic is disappearing to give
way to a kind of parentocratic chimera. That is to say, the sons and daughters
"of" now replace their parents at the head of the high administration,
state companies, and institutions.
This parentocratic rise is imprinted at the top of
the hierarchy in Gabon, with the Bongo who have confiscated the Presidency of
the Republic. Omar Bongo cedes the throne to Ali Bongo who himself will cede it
to Noureddin Bongo and so on...
Around the Bongos, the Mborantsuos do the same;
the Asseles do the same; the Ngaris do the same; the Maganga-Moussavous do the
same etc...
The development of this more intense monitoring of
the succession of parents by their children in the management of public
affairs, represents a great danger for the State, because we are not building a
country but a feudal kingdom. The renewal of the Gabonese elites by
parentocracy, creates a growing anxiety among the Gabonese from below, who face
the relative devaluation of diploma and competence, which therefore causes
difficulties for these deserving ones to access very stable managerial jobs.
The problem here is that history teaches us that
in all feudal kingdoms, the people ended up suffocating, and the nobles ended
up being hanged.

Une observation froide de la stratification de la société
Gabonaise démontre que de plus en plus, la république disparait pour laisser
place à une espèce de chimère parentocratique. C’est à dire que les fils et
filles « de » remplacent désormais leurs parents à la tête des hautes
administrations, des sociétés d’Etat, et des institutions.
Cette montée parentocratique est imprimée au plus
haut de la hiérarchie au Gabon, avec les Bongo qui ont confisqué la Présidence
de la République. Omar Bongo cède le trône à Ali Bongo qui lui même va le céder
à Noureddin Bongo et ainsi de suite…
Autour des Bongo, les Mborantsuo font de même; les
Assele font de même; les Ngari font de même; les Maganga-Moussavou font de même
etc…
Le développement de ce suivi plus intense de la succession
des parents par leurs enfants dans la gestion de la chose publique, représente
un grand danger pour l’Etat, car nous ne bâtissons pas un pays mais un royaume féodal.
Le renouvellement des élites Gabonaises par la parentocratie, créé une angoisse
croissante chez les Gabonais d’en bas, qui eux font face à la dévalorisation
relative du diplôme et de la compétence, ce qui cause donc des difficultés à
ces méritants d’accéder à des emplois de cadres très stables.
Le problème ici étant que l’histoire nous enseigne
que dans tous les royaumes féodaux, le people a fini par étouffer, et les
nobles ont fini à l’échafaud.
