Les plus grands détourneurs de fonds publics circulent librement ; de même que leurs hommes de paille se faisant passer pour des hommes d’affaires, mais qui en fait ne sont que des blanchisseurs d’argent. Une autre façon de réaliser qu’un milliard soit un chiffre énorme, serait d’essayer de compter de 1 à 1 milliard, avec une moyenne d’un chiffre par seconde. Si vous comptez 24 heures par jour, sans manger, ni dormir, vous arriverez au chiffre un milliard après 31 ans.
