Opiangah a une parfaite connaissance du réseau Bongo-Valentin autour d’Ali Bongo et c’est lui qui savait où aller pour découvrir les malles d’argent ; quels étaient les soutiens d’Ali Bongo hors du Gabon et comment les neutraliser, et enfin et surtout, le rôle de Gagan Gupta et Olam dans le financement du clan Bongo-Valentin.
