200 billion CFA francs is the incredible sum that, according to the very serious French daily Libération, Dame Sylvia Bongo, until 2 weeks ago the first lady of the country, possessed in cash in one of her residences.

We Cartesians may think that this amount is implausible because the logistics necessary to store such a sum would simply be enormous. But we push the reflection further; who is telling us that these notes were in suitcases, armoires, or safes? It is possible that, as we saw with Pablo Escobar in Colombia, Sylvia Bongo had so much cash at her disposal that she stacked banknotes from floor to ceiling in some of her apartments under military guard. This is not impossible, after all, in a single apartment in Medellin, Colombia, investigators found nearly a billion dollars belonging to Pablo Escobar, after his death. This type of people end up believing themselves to be above everything and excess becomes their norm.

When we look at the amount discovered at the home of her subordonate, Kim, we can reasonably say that if she stashed so much money at Kim's, what amounts were her personal reserves?

Dear readers, even if it turns out that the amount found at Sylvia Bongo's was only a tenth of the announced, that is to say 20 billion instead of 200 billion; we still would need to ask ourselves the right questions coldly:

•            Where does this money come from?

•            Who disbursed it and by order from whom?

•            How long had Sylvia Bongo benefited from such disbursements?

•            How did she launder so much money? Who helped her do it?

BNP Paribas is the largest banking group in France. How much cash is in reserve in each branch of BNP in France? Just a few million Euros, because the rest of the money is lent with interest and that's how BNP makes its profits.

When Sylvia Bongo immobilizes so much cash in her apartments, she kills the Gabonese economy because this money does not move around and is simply withdrawn from circulation. Sylvia Bongo is therefore like a leech who sucks Gabon's money and makes our economy anaemic!

200 milliards de francs CFA, c’est la somme invraisemblable que, d’après le très sérieux quotidien français Libération, Dame Sylvia Bongo, jusqu’à il y a encore 2 semaines, était la ci-devant première dame du pays, possédait en liquide dans une de ses résidences.

Nous les cartésiens, pouvons penser que ce montant est invraisemblable car la logistique nécessaire pour stocker une telle somme serait simplement énorme. Mais nous poussons la réflexion plus loin ; qui nous dit que ces billets étaient dans des valises, placards ou coffres-forts ? Il est possible que, comme on l’a vu avec Pablo Escobar en Colombie, Sylvia Bongo ait eu tellement de cash mis à sa disposition qu’elle empilait des billets de banque du sol au plafond dans certains de ses appartements sous bonne garde militaire. Ceci n’est pas impossible, après tout, dans un seul appartement de Medellin en Colombie, les enquêteurs trouvèrent près d’un milliard de dollars appartenant à Pablo Escobar, après sa mort. Ce type de personnes finissent par se croire au-dessus de tout et la démesure devient leur norme.

Quand on observe le montant découvert au domicile de son obligé, Kim, on peut raisonnablement se dire que si elle planquait autant d’argent chez Kim, ses réserves personnelles étaient de quels montants ?

Chers lecteurs, même s’il s’avère que le montant trouvé chez Sylvia Bongo n’ait été que le dixième de celui annoncé, c’est-à-dire 20 milliards au lieu de 200 ; nous devons nous poser les bonnes questions froidement :

·       D’où provient cet argent ?

·       Qui l’a décaissé et sur ordre de qui ?

·       Depuis combien de temps Sylvia Bongo bénéficiait-elle de tels décaissements ?

·       Comment faisait-elle pour blanchir autant d’argent ? Qui l’aidait à le faire ?

Chers lecteurs, si nous voulons d’un Gabon meilleur, ces questions doivent trouver réponses !

BNP Paribas est le plus grand groupe bancaire de France. Combien d’argent liquide est en réserve dans chaque branche de la BNP en France ? Juste quelques millions d’Euros, car le reste de l’argent est prêté avec intérêt et c’est ainsi que la BNP fait ses bénéfices.

Quand Sylvia Bongo immobilise autant de cash dans ses appartements, elle tue ainsi l’économie Gabonaise car cet argent ne tourne pas et est simplement retiré de la circulation. Sylvia Bongo est donc comme une sangsue qui suce l’argent du Gabon et rend notre économie anémiée !
