Dear Compatriots, the second paragraph of Article 3 of the Gabonese Constitution leads me to question the reality of the exercise of sovereignty by the Gabonese people:

I quote: "No section of the people, no group, no individual can claim the exercise of national sovereignty or interfere with the regular functioning of the institutions of the Republic."

But all Gabonese are convinced that Ali Bongo is no longer alive because his Chief of Staff has already started a form of pre-campaign which means that his boss is no longer alive; the Grand Lodge of Gabon has replaced Ali Bongo at the head of the Grand Lodge of Gabon with Mr. MBOUMBOU MIYAKOU the son, and entrusting him with two ministries of sovereignty, which could suggest that he would be put into orbit to access the supreme magistracy with the help of the Free Masons and France, thus placing the sovereign people before the fait accompli. This is what the French foresters did in order to give power to Leon MBA MINKO, and that the French army did to crush the Young Gabonese army without consulting the sovereign people, during the Coup d'Etat of 1964; this is the case of the FOCCART group which organized the accession in 1967 of Omar BONGO at the head of Gabon with a false presidential election with a candidate cloistered in a hospital in Paris, to save face by associating the Gabonese people to this staging; after having arranged for a monarchical succession, in 2009 Ali BONGO would take power against the will of the Gabonese people by massacring the people of Port-Gentil, besides during the enthronement of Ali Bongo as Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Gabon, one of the speakers would declare:

We have arrived at the end of a process we initiated a few years ago, meaning that everything is happening on the back of the Gabonese people by having it also run by a national of Biafra in Nigeria, and in 2016 this humiliation recurred, followed by a real second massacre, this time in Libreville.

In all these conditions who can speak of the exercise of sovereignty by the Gabonese people? In the 1993 presidential election the results of the first round imposed a second round between Bongo and Mba Abessole, against the will of the Gabonese people and its great disappointment, Omar Bongo was declared elected.

In 2005 Pierre MAMBOUNDOU won the election, but it was Omar BONGO who was declared elected by the Constitutional Court.

In 2009, during the presidential election André MBA OBAME won the election, but Ali is was declared elected.

For the presidential election of 2016, Jean PING was acclaimed as the only candidate of the opposition, but Ali Bongo was again proclaimed elected by the Constitutional Court of Gabon led by its eternal President, I wonder how we can be surprised to see the bank accounts of members of this Court and chiefly of the President, sufficiently supplied in a country where corruption prevails, especially in the highest spheres of the country.

Meanwhile the people who are denied the exercise of sovereignty lie in misery and poverty.

In conclusion, Gabon would not really be independent and would be hostage to the great international mafia and esoteric circles because of its numerous and diverse wealth. What could be the use of constitutional provisions if a country is not independent?

Chers Compatriotes, l'article 3 2e alinéa de la Constitution du Gabon m'amène à m'interroger sur la réalité de l'exercice de la souveraineté par le peuple gabonais :

Je cite "Aucune section du peuple, aucun groupe, aucun individu ne peut s'attribuer l'exercice de la souveraineté nationale ni entraver le fonctionnement régulier des institutions de la République."

Or tous les Gabonais sont convaincus qu'Ali Bongo n'est plus en vie car son Directeur de cabinet est déjà entré dans une forme de pré-campagne qui signifie que son patron n'est plus en vie; la Grande Loge du Gabon a procédé au remplacement d'Ali Bongo à la tête de la Grande Loge du Gabon en y mettant Monsieur MBOUMBOU MIYAKOU fils et en lui confiant deux ministères de souveraineté pouvant faire penser qu'il serait mis en orbite pour accéder à la magistrature suprême avec le concours des Francs-Macons et de la France, plaçant ainsi le peuple souverain devant le fait accompli. C'est ce que les Français forestiers ont réalisé pour donner le pouvoir à Léon MBA MINKO, et que l'armée française a fait pour écraser la Jeune armée gabonaise sans consulter le peuple souverain, lors du Coup d'Etat de 1964; c'est le cas du groupe FOCCART qui a organisé l'accession en 1967 d'Omar BONGO à la tête du Gabon avec une fausse élection présidentielle avec un candidat cloîtré dans un hôpital de Paris pour avoir bonne conscience en associant le peuple gabonais à cette mise en scène ; après avoir pris des dispositions pour une succession monarchique, en 2009 Ali BONGO va prendre le pouvoir contre la volonté du peuple gabonais en massacrant des PORT-GENTILLAIS, d'ailleurs lors de l'intronisation d'Ali Bongo en qualité de Grand Maitre de la Grande Loge du Gabon, un des intervenants va déclarer :

Nous sommes arrivés à la fin d'un dossier que nous avons initiés il y a quelques années signifiant par là même que tout se déroule sur le dos du peuple gabonais en le faisant diriger aussi par un ressortissant du Biafra au Nigéria, et en 2016 cette humiliation se reproduit, suivie d'un véritable deuxième massacre , cette fois à Libreville.

Dans toutes ces conditions qui peut évoquer l'exercice de la souveraineté par le peuple gabonais. A l'élection présidentielle de 1993 les résultats du 1er tour imposaient un second tour entre Bongo et Mba Abessole, contre cette volonté du peuple gabonais et sa grande déception Omar Bongo est déclaré élu.

En 2005 Pierre MAMBOUNDOU gagne l'élection, mais c'est Omar BONGO qui déclaré élu par la Cour Constitutionnelle.

En 2009,lors de l'élection présidentielle André MBA OBAME gagne l'élection, mais Ali est déclaré élu.

A l'élection présidentielle de 2016, Jean PING est plébiscité comme candidat unique de l'opposition, mais Ali BONGO est à nouveau proclamé élu toujours par la Cour Constitutionnelle du Gabon dirigé par son éternel Président, je me demande comment on peut s'étonner de voir les comptes bancaires de membres de cette Cour et principalement de la Présidente, suffisamment fournis dans un pays où règne la corruption surtout dans les sphères les plus élevées du pays.

Pendant ce temps le peuple à qui est refusé l'exercice de la souveraineté git dans la misère et la pauvreté.

En conclusion, le Gabon ne serait réellement pas indépendant et serait otage de la grande mafia internationale et des cercles ésotériques à cause de ses nombreuse et diverses richesses. A quoi pourraient servir dispositions constitutionnelles si un pays n'est pas en réalité un pays indépendant ?
