THANK YOU TO MR. ROCKY NKOGHE FOR NARRATING TO US THE POLITICAL ASSASSINATION OF THE GABON REPUBLIC. MERCI À MONSIEUR ROCKY NKOGHE POUR NOUS AVOIR NARRÉ L’ASSASSINAT POLITIQUE DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE GABONAISE

English version
Our compatriot Stéphane Zeng has given us an invaluable service, recording the testimony of a Gabonese who has experienced the political changes that Gabon has known from the late 50s to the present. This Gabonese individual is called Rocky Nkoghe.
The collective memory of a population consists of everything that essentially involves issues of political and social evolution and cohesion. Collective memory encompasses a large number of fields of analysis, ranging from cognitive science to politics, sociology, history and other disciplines.
It is the great merit of Stéphane Zeng and Rocky Nkoghe to work to remedy the promotion of ignorance and oblivion in Gabon. Let us hope that others will follow this brilliant example.

We will not give up!

OCCUPATION OF PLACE DU TROCADÉRO BY THE GABONESE RESISTANCE CONCERNS ALI BONGO REGIME AT THE HIGHEST POINT. L’OCCUPATION DE LA PLACE DU TROCADÉRO PAR LA RÉSISTANCE GABONAISE INQUIÈTE LE RÉGIME ALI BONGO AU PLUS HAUT POINT

Image
English version
When the Gabonese resistance began on the Place du Trocadéro, Ali Bongo and his regime thought it would be a flash in a pan. They were gargling by saying that winter would get the best of this resistance.
But over time, the resistance has grown stronger, to such an extent that today the regime is panic-stricken at the catalytic role of the weekly expression of this resistance which is taking root.
The regime has sent Ndemezo'Obiang to use our young compatriots from Bitam like him, who are resident of France and have their entry into the resistance, to corrode this resistance from within and compromise the weekly demonstrations of the Trocadero.
Dear readers, let's put the plan of Ndemezo'Obiang in check and demonstrate to these people that we will not give up!

In countries where good governance has been in place, people and governments have long understood that transparency in all areas is the best detergent to ensure that countries are as clean and as egalitarian as possible for all. But some Gabonese, obviously, would not want this procedure to apply to Gabon.
You may remember that when Gregory Ngbwa-Mintsa joined as a civil plaintiff, the ill-gotten gains suit which is ongoing in France, the main reproach that the Bongo regime made to him was his association with "foreign NGOs" and "smearing the honor of Gabon". As if it were possible to further smear a country whose leaders had long since covered with the most repugnant filth.
Dear readers, in the USA, two white journalists and a black night watchman, were at the origin of the discovery of the Watergate scandal that drove down President Richard Nixon. No one accused them of wanting to tarnish the image of their country, on the contrary!
In France, we have…

CAN A COUNTRY BE CONTINUALLY RULED AGAINST THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE? PEUT-ON DIRIGER UN PAYS CONTINUELLEMENT CONTRE LA VOLONTÉ DU PEUPLE ?

Image
English translation
In 1863, the American President Abraham Lincoln said his government was going to be a government of the people, by the people and of the people. History shows us that in countries that function well and are democratic, the people always appear as the instigator of their government.
But in Gabon, the people and the government are the opposite of each other. Indeed, the Gabonese people observe that the rulers do not use good governance, apply any principle of democracy and flout the sovereignty of the people by robbing them of their votes. Despite this situation, Ali Bongo wants to drag on to power.
Ali Bongo's action is now limited to repression or corruption. Things are so rotten between the regime and the population that anything Ali Bongo could undertake today would be rejected by the Gabonese people. We've had enough! There is no osmosis in Gabon between the rulers and the governed and this is felt every day.
The Gabonese people are no longer willing to endu…

A few weeks ago, on RFI, Alain Foka invited Emmanuel Issoze-Ngondet, Ali Bongo’s Prime Minister; René Ndemezo'Obiang, who has become once more an Ali Bongo’s bard; and Jean-Gaspard Ntoutoume-Ayi the spokesman of Jean-Ping.
During this program, as you can see from the 27th minute, Mr. Jean-Gaspard Ntoutoume-Ayi said the following:
"Everything that happened in Gabon in 2016 is documented. When we say that there were massacres in 2016, it is documented ... In 2016, the Gabonese government brought in international observers, their conclusions on the elections are constant and do not contradict what I say ... In a state it is the law. Human beings and their goodwill do not replace the law ... When I speak of a coup, this has its consequences. You see Gabon today has an interim National Assembly, because the mandate of the parliamentarians has ended since December 2016, and that this regime refuses to organize legislative elections. The National Communication Council, …

To think that Ali Bongo could be an apostle of pan-Africanism is so ridiculous that we should not even have to explain why this characterization is impossible to do.
However, out of respect for our readership, we would like to refer them to the Ethiopiques magazine n ° 87, to discover the article by Célestine Colette Fouellefak KANA whose title is: " CHEIKH ANTA DIOP LE PANAFRICANISTE : UN REPERE POUR L’AFRIQUE ET SA JEUNESSE? "This article states:
Panafricanism is defined as a political and cultural movement which, considering Africa, Africans and their descendants from Africa as a single ensemble, aims to regenerate and unify Africa, and to foster a sense of solidarity among Populations of the African world ... There is an African personality that is common to all black men and women; This personality contains specific values of wisdom, intelligence, sensitivity. We will not give up!

Dear readers, remember a few years ago human remains were found hidden in bags in a school in Oloumi. A member of the scientific community who examined these remains even confirmed that the remains were human tissues.

Then, all of the sudden, the political authorities of the country simply told us that the remains were only pachyderm meat, to go on, because there was nothing to see. Since then, the case has been buried.

But this Sunday, a 4WD vehicle was stopped by the population, having on board several women who had probably been abducted and whose destination did not augur well. The video above shows that the population wanted to question the occupants of the vehicle, but the behavior of the police was rather ambiguous, preventing the population from asking the occupants questions and getting them out of dodge. The most serious thing is that the regime subsequently immediately issued a press release stating that these women were involved in a hi…

WHY THE RESISTANCE WILL INDURE TO THE END? POURQUOI LA RESISTANCE IRA JUSQU’AU BOUT ?

Image
English translation
The resilience of the Gabonese resistance has completely taken the Ali Bongo regime by surprise, to the point where this regime does not understand how it could extinguish the fire of this resistance. Why are the successful regime’ strategies of 1990, 1993, 1998, 2005 and even 2009, unsuccessful today?
Dear readers, simply because the 2016 resistance maintains a healthy independence from the political parties and those who embody them.
Indeed, in the past, resistance movements have always been embodied by specific political parties and leaders representing them. Remember the Morena in the 80s, the Bucherons in the 90s, the UGP in the 2000s; the Gabonese people followed the guiding line of politicians and political parties, to the point that it was enough for the regime to make a deal with these politicians to demobilize the resistance and the trick worked.
After 2009, after the performance of André Mba Obame who demonstrated that one could be politically effective in G…

Dear readers, the first picture above describes all the fiber optic submarine cables connecting Africa to the rest of the world with regard to internet.
Gabon Telecom is saying that the drop in internet speed currently going on in Gabon is due to the rupture of the cable SAT-3 starting from South Africa. But as the diagram shows, if this cable is cut upstream in South Africa, the following countries should have reductions in internet bandwith:
Angola Gabon Cameroon Nigeria Benign Togo Ghana Ivory Coast Senegal

We contacted friends in these countries and we also consulted the newspapers in South Africa. Dear readers, nobody knows about this cable break and these countries do not suffer from any significant reduction in internet bandwith.
The version of Gabon Telecom is false.

Increasingly embarrassed by the strong actions of the Gabonese Diaspora; strongly annoyed by Jean Ping’s tour of the European space where he no longer dares to show up; called into question by the recent France 2 documentary; Ali Bongo has just made the decision that any self-respected dictator would have made: he has just cut down the flow of internet in Gabon so that the local population would not be informed of what is being said about him outside the country .

A JOURNALIST BEATEN IN DETENTION BY ALI BONGO’S HENCHMEN. UN JOURNALISTE BATTU EN PLEINE DETENTION PAR LES SBIRES D’ALI BONGO

Image
English translation
The pictures above are those of Juldas Biviga, the journalist incarcerated in Tchibanga alongside Marcel Libama.
He was copiously beaten while in custody by Ali Bongo's henchmen, who even dressed him for the occasion, in an Ali Bongo T-shirt to signify that this beating was political. Where are the Dialoguers? Is this journalist not entitled to a defense? Is he not protected by our constitution? What crime did he commit? It is true that his name is not Bongo, nor Valentin.
Following this beating, Mr. Juldas Biviga was taken to the Benjamin Ngoubou Hospital in Tchibanga.
And come to think that some who would like the dictatorship to linger on, shed tears because some compatriots had simply interrupted Edouard Valentin's coffee break.
We will not give up!
