Dear readers, COPIL tells us on Monday that out of approximately 700 people tested in Gabon, 75 are positive for the coronavirus.

In our epidemiological statistics model, evaluated for 100,000 people, the estimate would put the number of positives at 10714; and that of potential deaths between 107 and 428.

Given that Gabon has approximately 1.5 million inhabitants, we could therefore deplore, with the figures for the day, between 1605 and 6420 deaths.

Now is the time to react. Avoid spreading this virus.

Chers lecteurs, le COPIL nous dit en ce lundi que sur environ 700 personnes de testées au Gabon, 75 sont positives au coronavirus.

Dans notre modèle de statistiques épidémiologiques, ramenée à 100000 personnes, l’estimation mettrait le nombre de positifs a 10714 ; et celui des morts potentiels entre 107 et 428.

Vu que Gabon a environ 1,5 millions d’habitants, on pourrait donc déplorer, avec les chiffres du jour, entre 1605 et 6420 décès.

C’est maintenant qu’il nous faut réagir. Evitons la propagation de ce virus.
