THE CONCLUSIONS OF THE INCLUSIVE NATIONAL DIALOGUE ARE UNANALYZABLE! LES CONCLUSIONS DU DIALOGUE NATIONAL INCLUSIF SONT INANALYSABLES !

Dear readers, some of the conclusions of the various commissions of the inclusive national dialogue have been published. Unfortunately, most of them are unanalyzable, because in order to analyze them, one would have to align these conclusions with the objectives of the dialogue. But the objectives of the dialogue were never made available to the general public. So, the conclusions come a bit without any frame of reference.

 

Even more problematic, these conclusions are merely statements, without details. For example, when we read: "Providing Gabon with a depoliticized administration..." What does that mean exactly? What is it that makes the Gabonese administration politicized today? By what mechanism are we going to depoliticize it? How will we measure this depoliticization? It is these details that can allow for an objective analysis.

 

Without these additional details, how will the people who will vote in the referendum assess what they will have to vote on?

Chers lecteurs, certaines conclusions des différentes commissions du dialogue national inclusif, ont été publiées. Malheureusement, elles sont pour la plupart inanalysables, car pour les analyser, il faudrait aligner ces conclusions contre les objectifs du dialogue. Mais les objectifs du dialogue n’ont jamais été mis à la disposition du grand public. Alors, les conclusions arrivent un peu comme des cheveux dans la soupe.

 

Plus problématique encore, ces conclusions ne sont que des énoncées, sans détails. Par exemple quand on lit : « Doter le Gabon d’une administration dépolitisée… », ça veut dire quoi exactement ? Qu’est ce qui fait que l’administration Gabonaise soir politisée aujourd’hui ? Par quel mécanisme va-t-on la dépolitiser ? Comment va-t-on mesurer cette dépolitisation ? Ce sont ces détails qui peuvent permettre une analyse objective.

 

Sans ces détails additionnels, comment les gens qui voteront durant le referendum vont-ils évaluer ce sur quoi ils devront se prononcer ?
