October 15 is the date set for the international publication of the call for political alternation in Africa signed by artists, African and Europeans intellectuals, NGOs, men of letters and politicians.

I am sending this appeal to be released on October 15th and which will be relayed hopefully in your respective press organs. L’Express and other French newspapers have agreed to publish this call tomorrow October 15.

I can count on you to relay the start of this new innovative international campaign and which engages African and French NGOs.
