What is the people? It is all these faces in the streets, in the diversity of their origins, their ages, their social conditions, but also and above all their destinies.

The solid foundation of a country is the people. The more mature a people are in their choices, the more prosperous the country to which they belong will be. A mature people are one that demands change today for a better tomorrow, and not trinkets today for an uncertain tomorrow.

A mature people are not afraid to demand a constitutional refoundation to build a new republic. A mature people cannot accommodate themselves with a corrupt system. A mature people want to have their destiny totally and fully in their hands.

A mature people are made up of individuals who, overall, have reached a sufficient level of political understanding to exercise political and social responsibilities in a thoughtful and effective manner. Such a people have a good political education in the sense that they are well informed about political issues, about their civic rights and responsibilities, and about electoral processes. They understand the implications of public policy.

A mature people actively participate in political life, not only by voting, but also by engaging in public discussions, supporting community initiatives, and contributing to political debate in a constructive way.

A mature people are able to critically evaluate the actions and policies of governments and leaders, and to propose alternatives or improvements, without any griotism.

A mature people demonstrate responsibility in their political choices, taking into account not only individual's personal interests, but also the impacts on the community and society as a whole.

A mature people recognize and value the diversity of opinions and identities within society, and work towards inclusivity and equity.

Ultimately, a mature and responsible people is able to navigate complex political environments with discernment, responsibility and commitment, thus contributing to the health and vitality of its democracy, economy and society.

Qu’est-ce que le peuple ? Ce sont tous ces visages dans les rues, dans la diversité de leurs origines, de leurs âges, de leurs conditions sociales, mais également et surtout de leurs destins.

La base solide d’un pays, c’est le peuple. Plus un peuple est mature dans ses choix, plus le pays auquel appartient ce peuple sera prospère. Un peuple mature est celui qui exige le changement aujourd’hui pour un meilleur lendemain ; et non des babioles aujourd’hui pour des lendemains incertains.

Un peuple mature n’a pas peur de réclamer une refondation constitutionnelle pour bâtir une nouvelle république. Un peuple mature ne peut aucunement s’accommoder d’un système corrompu. Un peuple mature tient à avoir son destin totalement et pleinement entre ses mains.

Un peuple mature est constitué de gens qui globalement, ont atteint un niveau de compréhension politique suffisant pour exercer des responsabilités politiques et sociales de manière réfléchie et efficace. Un tel peuple a une bonne éducation politique en ce sens qu’il est bien informé sur les enjeux politiques, sur ses droits et responsabilités civiques, et sur les processus électoraux. Il comprend les implications des politiques publiques.

Un peuple mature participe activement à la vie politique, non seulement en votant, mais aussi en s'engageant dans des discussions publiques, en soutenant des initiatives communautaires, et en contribuant au débat politique de manière constructive.

Un peuple mature est capable d'évaluer de manière critique les actions et les politiques des gouvernements et des leaders, et de proposer des alternatives ou des améliorations, sans griotisme aucun.

Un peuple mature fait preuve de responsabilité dans ses choix politiques, en tenant compte non seulement des intérêts personnels des gens, mais aussi des impacts sur la communauté et la société dans son ensemble.

Un peuple mature reconnait et valorise la diversité des opinions et des identités au sein de la société, et travaille à l'inclusivité et à l'équité.

En définitive, un peuple mûr et mature est capable de naviguer dans des environnements politiques complexes avec discernement, responsabilité et engagement, contribuant ainsi à la santé et à la vitalité de sa démocratie, de son économie et de sa société.
