The press that drinks from the taps of the French services reports fratricidal tensions in the ruling family of Gabon.

 

The issue is that an Indian company called ClearTrail, which is associated with an Israeli company, would propose to build for the Bongo regime a national telephone interception center that would ensure vast espionage on the country that would cover not only telephones, but also social networks that are now a headache for the regime and its survival.

 

Dear readers, do not forget that in Gabon, when there is talk about India, it means Gagan Gupta, Olam, Arise, Noureddin Bongo-Valentin and Sylvia Bongo-Valentin.

 

But the problem is that, in principle, Gabon already has a telephone interception center, the Silam, which was set up for Omar Bongo in the 1980s, by the French DGSE under the impetus of the infamous Charles Pasqua. Thanks to Silam, the French services were spying on the Gabonese population on behalf of Omar Bongo. Silam has always been run by people from the French intelligence services.

 

When Ali Bongo came to power, he inherited Silam and its secret reports on everyone, including members of the Bongo family, in Gabon and even france. This blog suspects the recently leaked wiretaps about Ali Bongo's health, and the video of Julien Nkoghe-Bekale's sexual antics, to come from the Silam archives and to be surgical revelations intended to convey messages to certain people.

 

In the first presidential circle, that is that of Sylvia Bongo, Gagan Gupta's proposal is the perfect opportunity to put an end to Silam and take control of a telephone and digital interception structure that is entirely devoted to them.

 

The Silam, which is headed by the Frenchman Jean-Charles Solon, is more a structure of the French services than Gabonese ones. Silam would also participate in the exchange of sensitive information with Congo, where Omar Denis Bongo Jr. would be preparing; which deeply worries Sylvia Bongo, and would be one of her motivations to close the Silam and replace it with the Indian company suggested by Gagan Gupta.

 

Around Sylvia Bongo, there is therefore a broad consensus to equip themselves with a listening center that only they would control, unlike the existing listening center that they do not fully master. The Indians would ask between 50 and 100 million dollars, between 25 and 50 billion CFA francs approximately, to deliver this new listening center.

La presse qui s’abreuve aux robinets des services français nous fait état de tiraillements fratricides dans la famille régnante du Gabon.

 

L’enjeu est qu’une société indienne appelée ClearTrail, qui est associe a une société israélienne, proposerait de construire au régime Bongo un centre national d'interception téléphonique qui assurerait un vaste espionnage sur le pays qui couvrirait non seulement la téléphonie, mais aussi les réseaux sociaux qui sont désormais un casse-tête pour le régime et sa survie.

 

Chers lecteurs, n’oubliez pas qu’au Gabon, quand on parle de l’Inde, on parle forcement de Gagan Gupta, d’Olam, de Arise, de Noureddin Bongo-Valentin et de Sylvia Bongo-Valentin.

 

Mais le problème est qu’en principe, le Gabon disposerait déjà d'un centre d'interception téléphonique, le Silam, qui fut mis en place pour Omar Bongo dans les années 1980, par la DGSE française sous l’impulsion du sulfureux Charles Pasqua. Grace au Silam, les services français espionnaient la population gabonaise pour le compte d’Omar Bongo. Le Silam a toujours été dirigé par des gens des services de renseignement français.

 

Quand Ali Bongo est arrivé au pouvoir, il a hérité du Silam et de ses rapports secrets sur tout le monde y compris les membres de la famille Bongo, au Gabon et même en France. Ce blog soupçonne les écoutes récemment divulguées à propos de la santé d’Ali Bongo, et la vidéo des ébats sexuels de Julien Nkoghe-Bekale, de provenir des archives du Silam et d’être des révélations chirurgicales destinées à faire passer des messages à certaines personnes.

 

Dans le premier cercle présidentiel, c’est-à-dire Sylvia Bongo, la proposition de Gagan Gupta est l'occasion rêvée de mettre fin au Silam et de prendre le contrôle d'une structure d'interception téléphonique et numérique qui lui soit entièrement dévouée.

 

Le Silam, qui est dirigé par le Français Jean-Charles Solon, est plus une structure des services français que Gabonais. Le Silam participerait aussi aux échanges d’informations sensibles avec le Congo, où se préparerait Omar Denis Bongo Jr. ; ce qui inquiète profondément Sylvia Bongo, et serait l’une de ses motivations pour fermer le Silam et le remplacer par la société indienne suggérée par Gagan Gupta.

 

Autour de Sylvia Bongo, il existe donc un large consensus pour se doter d'un centre d'écoute que seuls eux contrôleraient, contrairement au centre d'écoute existant qu’ils ne maitrisent pas complètement. Les indiens demanderaient entre 50 et 100 millions de dollars, entre 25 et 50 milliards de francs CFA environ, pour livrer ce nouveau centre d’écoutes.
