Pour que les oliguistes ne nous comprennent pas de travers, nous vous donnons ci-dessus la possibilité d’écouter attentivement les propos en Fang sous-titrés en Français, du Président de la Guinée-Equatoriale, qui fait un très bon discours de chef magnanime venu aider ses frères en perdition à s’éclairer.
