The Ossimane association, or "Mone Ngol" (small catfish) association as we like to call it, will be transformed into a political party, to bring Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema to his coronation. It was planned and that is why his brother, Aurélien Mintsa-Mi-Nguema, had to quickly accumulate a hell of a war chest. It was necessary to set up a political party that would better meet the requirements of 2023 in Gabonese society. What were these requirements?

 

1.           It was necessary to present Brice-Clotaire Oligui-Nguema as the anti-PDG man, in the sense of the man who would do differently than the PDG; he could not therefore form his political base in the same mold of Haut-Ogooué-Lolo which was the crucible of the PDG. In search of freshness, he saw the Woleu-Ntem and by extension, the Fang, as a ripe fruit just waiting to be picked. In return, the Fang of the North and their cousins scattered throughout Gabon asked for nothing else. The Fang will be Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema's political base and they will crush everything in their path.

 

2.           Regional geopolitics shows that Equatorial Guinea has been the most successful country in Central Africa over the past thirty years, at least in terms of infrastructure development and the human development index. The all-powerful family in power in Equatorial Guinea is almost first cousin of that of Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema of Oyem in Gabon. This kind of link must be mutualized to better strengthen the legitimacy of Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema within the Fang people who have always defined themselves as a cross-border people between Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon. Since the succession of Paul Biya could be ensured by the former Ambassador of Cameroon to Gabon, Samuel Mvondo-Ayolo, another Fang-Beti relative with family and emotional ties in Oyem, this will give to Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema another regional support and anchor.

 

3.           With the internal support of the Fang of Gabon and the Fang leaders of Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea, Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema would be unshakable in Gabon.

 

4.           The PDG will have to lower his sails because the bulk of its members will hastily join Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema's party. The small satellite associations that all the freeloaders have set up to nibble away at a little electoral franc, will merge into this new party. On the model of the PDCI in Côte d'Ivoire, the PDG will become an inert and insignificant party.

 

5.           At the sociological and political level, the organization of power will be based on two poles: the security pole will remain in Haut-Ogooué with an infiltration of certain hand-picked Fangs; and the political pole will be dominated by the Fang, who have with them demography, know-how, ardor and political pizzaz. The other communities will have to get used to it and support this movement if they want to receive some dividends from power.

 

6.           In a few days, you will see a wave the like of which has rarely been seen in Gabon.

 

7.           If you liked kounabelism from the highlands, you will love a kounabelism on steroids that will be graciously served to you in a muscular way by the "Ossimane political party".

L’association Ossimane, ou association « Mone Ngol » (petit silure) comme nous aimons l’appeler, va se transformer en parti politique, pour porter Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema vers son couronnement. C’était prévu et c’était pourquoi son frère, Aurélien Mintsa-Mi-Nguema, avait dû rapidement accumuler un sacré trésor de guerre. Il fallait mettre sur pied et précipitamment, un parti politique qui répondrait mieux aux exigences de 2023 dans la société gabonaise. Quels étaient ces exigences ?

 

1.      Il fallait présenter Brice-Clotaire Oligui-Nguema comme l’homme anti-PDG, dans le sens de l’homme qui ferait différemment que le PDG ; il ne pouvait donc pas former son socle politique dans le même moule du Haut-Ogooué-Lolo qui fut le creuset du PDG. A la recherche de fraicheur, il vit le Woleu-Ntem et par extension, les Fang, comme un fruit mur qui ne demandait qu’à être cueilli. En retour, les Fang du Nord et leurs cousins disséminés à travers le Gabon, ne demandaient que cela. Les Fang seront la base politique de Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema et ils écraseront tout sur leur passage.

 

2.      La géopolitique régionale démontre que la Guinée-Equatoriale est le plus beau succès en Afrique Centrale ces trente dernières années, du moins sur le plan du développement des infrastructures et de l’indice de développement humain. La toute puissante famille au pouvoir en Guinée-Equatoriale est cousine quasiment germaine de celle de Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema d’Oyem au Gabon. Ce genre de liens doivent être mutualisés pour mieux renforcer la légitimité de Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema au sein du peuple Fang qui s’est toujours défini comme transfrontalier entre essentiellement le Gabon, la Guinée-Equatoriale et le Cameroun. Vu que la succession de Paul Biya pourrait être assurée par l’ancien Ambassadeur du Cameroun au Gabon, Samuel Mvondo-Ayolo, un autre parent Fang-Beti ayant des liens de familles et affectifs à Oyem.

 

3.      Avec le soutien interne des Fang du Gabon et des leaders Fang du Cameroun et de la Guinée-Equatoriale, Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema sera indéboulonnable au Gabon.

 

4.      Le PDG va devoir baisser sa voilure car le gros de ses membres ira rejoindre le parti de Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema avec armes et bagages. Les petites associations satellites que tous les pique-assiettes ont mis sur pied pour grignoter un peu de franc électoral, vont se fondre dans ce nouveau parti. Sur le modèle du PDCI en Côte d’Ivoire, le PDG deviendra un parti inerte et insignifiant.

 

5.      Au niveau sociologique et politique, l’organisation du pouvoir se fera sur deux pôles : le pole sécuritaire restera au Haut-Ogooué avec une infiltration de certains Fang triés sur le volet ; et le pole politique sera archi dominé par les Fang, qui ont avec eux la démographie, le savoir-faire, la fougue et le bagou politique. Les autres communautés devront s’y faire et accompagner ce mouvement si elles veulent recevoir quelques dividendes du pouvoir.

 

6.      Dans quelques jours, vous verrez se mettre sur pieds une déferlante comme on en a rarement vu au Gabon.

 

7.      Si vous avez aimé le kounabelisme venu des hauts plateaux, vous adorerez un kounabelisme dopé aux stéroïdes qui vous sera gracieusement servi de façon musclée par le « parti politique Ossimane ».
