Jean-Félix Obamba, un ex-directeur de cabinet d’Ali Bongo est le nouveau patron de la direction générale des hydrocarbures (DGH) du ministère du pétrole. Ancien directeur général adjoint de Perenco, il est le fondateur de Stream Oil, l’opérateur du permis de Dorée Marine qui produit 275 barils par jour, qui fut la propriété de Total. Il est âgé de 65 ans, a été jusqu'en 2017 le PDG de la Gabon Oil Co.
