Rwanda has a GDP per capita of $800 while for Gabon has a GDP per capita of $7,400. Therefore, Gabon has a GDB per capita 9 times bigger than that of Rwanda. Yet, it is Gabon that is sending its students to study in Rwandese universities; who can explain this?

Le Rwanda a un PIB par habitant de 800 dollars tandis que le Gabon a un PIB par habitant de 7400 dollars. Par conséquent, le Gabon a un PIB par habitant 9 fois plus grand que celui du Rwanda. Pourtant, c’est le Gabon qui envoie ses étudiants étudier dans les universités rwandaises ; qui peut expliquer cela ?
