Lemerre Yvan Niarra Mackoundji is the former driver of Brice Laccruche Alihanga when he was Ali Bongo's Chief of Staff.  Lemerre Yvan Niarra Mackoundji is accused of having been the courier of his boss by recovering sums of money and goods such as cars, etc., and for these services his boss offered him housing in one of his buildings.

 

Yoanis Kongo is the former aide-de-camp to Brice Laccruche-Alihanga and has already been sentenced to two years in prison for the same acts.

 

These two men were members of the Republican Guard, the almost mono-ethnic military corps that ensures the security of the Bongos.

 

On May 27,  2022, Lemerre Yvan Niarra Mackoundji appeared before the judge and on this occasion, he allegedly confessed to having transported on behalf of his boss,  new vehicles that he  then delivered to  membersof the presidential family; and also to have transported large sums of money withdrawn from the  Gabonese Treasury  and handed over to his boss or to people designated by him.

 

The specialized press reveals that this military corps is used of these methods, because its current leader, Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema, had the mission of carrying out this kind of missions on behalf of Ali Bongo and his wife; and before that for his father, Omar Bongo.

Lemerre Yvan Niarra Mackoundji est l'ancien chauffeur de Brice Laccruche Alihanga quand il était Directeur de cabinet d’Ali Bongo. Lemerre Yvan Niarra Mackoundji est accusé d'avoir été le coursier de son patron en récupérant des sommes d'argent et des biens tels que des voitures, etc., et pour ces services son patron lui offrit un logement dans l'un de ses immeubles.

 

Yoanis Kongo est l’ancien aide de camp de Brice Laccruche-Alihanga et a déjà été condamné à deux ans de prison pour les mêmes faits.

 

Ces deux hommes étaient membre de la Garde Républicaine, le corps militaire quasiment mono-ethnique qui assure la sécurité des Bongo.

 

Le 27 mai 2022, Lemerre Yvan Niarra Mackoundji comparaissait devant le juge et à cette occasion, il aurait avoué avoir convoyé pour le compte de son patron, des véhicules neufs qu'il livrait ensuite à des membres de la famille présidentielle ; et d’avoir également transporté d’importantes sommes d'argent retirées du Trésor public gabonais et remises à son patron ou à des gens désignés par lui.

 

La presse spécialisée nous révèle que ce corps militaire est coutumier des faits, car son actuel responsable, Brice Clotaire Oligui-Nguema, avait pour mission de réaliser ce genre de missions pour le compte d’Ali Bongo et de son épouse ; et avant cela pour son père, Omar Bongo.
