Edan-TV is the television channel initiated by Eveline Diatta-Accrombessi, after her departure from Gabon. Apparently, Edan-TV was the subject of a conviction at the end of March 2022 by the Paris Commercial Court; challenging it for the non-payment of services performed by Pixagility, a French company specializing in the valorization of video content.

 

Since the headquarters of Edan-TV is located in London, it is therefore the parent company, which is under British law Edan Broadcast LLP, which was convicted by the Parisian judges. Edan Broadcast LLP was ordered to pay nearly 220,000 euros, plus default interest at the rate of 12% as of 30 January 2022.

 

It should be noted that Eveline Diatta-Accrombessi was responsible for the communication of Sylvia Bongo, from 2009 to 2011. The name of her channel EDAN comes from: Eveline Diatta-Accrombessi-Network, is broadcast on Canal + and Canalsat.

Edan-TV est la chaîne de télévision initiée par Eveline Diatta-Accrombessi, après son départ du Gabon. Apparemment, Edan-TV aurait fait l'objet en fin mars 2022, d'une condamnation du tribunal de commerce de Paris ; la mettant en cause pour le non-paiement de prestations réalisées par Pixagility, une entreprise française spécialisée dans la valorisation de contenus vidéo.

 

Vu que le siège d'Edan-TV est installé à Londres, c'est donc la société mère qui est de droit britannique Edan Broadcast LLP, qui a été condamnée par les juges parisiens. Edan Broadcast LLP a été condamné à payer près de 220000 euros, auxquels s'ajoutent des intérêts de retard au taux de 12 % à compter du 30 janvier 2022.

 

Signalons qu’Eveline Diatta-Accrombessi a assuré la communication de Sylvia Bongo, de 2009 à 2011. Le nom de sa chaine EDAN vient de : Eveline Diatta-Accrombessi Network, est diffusée sur Canal+ et Canalsat.
