Yves Fernand Manfoumbi is the Gabonese Minister of Trade, Small and Medium Businesses. Gabon has just nominated him for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Trade of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

 

This position is currently held by Congolese Minister Jean-Lucien Bussa. Yves-Fernand Manfoumbi's candidacy has already received the support of the countries of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS).

Yves Fernand Manfoumbi est le ministre Gabonais du Commerce, des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises. Le Gabon vient de le proposer à la candidature de la Présidence du Conseil des ministres du Commerce de la Zone de libre-échange continentale africaine (Zlecaf).

 

Ce poste est actuellement occupé par le ministre Congolais Jean-Lucien Bussa. La candidature d'Yves-Fernand Manfoumbi a déjà reçu le soutien des pays de la Communauté économique des Etats d'Afrique centrale (CEEAC).
