Everyone saw and noted that this morning, on the site of the Agondjé stadium, the very cute, very elegant and dapper Lady Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa, was not at all ready to receive the 500 or so participants at the inclusive national dialogue, under organized and serene conditions. It was a free for all.

 

Everything was chaotic, no one understood what was going to happen. There was no organization on the ground. It is unacceptable that at this stage of things, after the big party of the Palais des Sports, Dame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa still came to open sessions, without even ensuring that she had the organizational control of the event.

 

Dear readers, when someone is entrusted with the organization of such an event, what happened this morning is simply catastrophically inept. It is curious that neither the organs of the public press, nor the horde of activists recruited by Brice-Clotaire Oligui-Nguema, with millions and vehicles, who roam the streets of Libreville; explained to us the series of hiccups that occurred this morning. For all these people, it's black out for screens, microphones and phones. They are all in "censorship" mode.

 

Dear readers, the start of the work was simply postponed until next Monday because Dame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa and her team were not ready. Tout le monde a vu et constaté que ce matin, du côté du stade d’Agondjé, la très mignonne, très élégante et pimpante Dame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa, n’était pas du tout prête à recevoir les quelques 500 participants au dialogue national inclusif, dans des conditions organisées et sereines. Ce fut la débandade.

 

Tout était chaotique, personne ne comprenait rien à ce qui devait se passer. Il n’y avait aucune organisation sur le terrain. Il est inadmissible qu’à ce stade des choses, après le gros groove du palais des sports, Dame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa soit quand même venue ouvrir des séances, sans même s’assurer qu’elle avait le contrôle organisationnel de l’évènement.

 

Chers lecteurs, quand on confie à quelqu’un l’organisation d’un tel évènement, ce qui s’est passé ce matin est simplement d’une ineptitude catastrophique. Il est curieux que ni les organes de la presse publique, ni les fameux activistes recrutés par Brice-Clotaire Oligui-Nguema, à coup de millions et de véhicules, qui écument les rues de Libreville ; ne nous ont expliqué la série de couacs survenus ce matin. Chez tous ces gens, c’est écrans, micros et téléphones noirs. Ils sont tous en mode « censure ».

 

Chers lecteurs, le début des travaux a été simplement remis à lundi prochain car Dame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa et son équipe n’étaient pas prêts. La publication de ce nouveau chronogramme est un document antidaté pour sauver les meubles et vouloir faire croire aux gens que ce démarrage très lent était prévu ; ce que tout le monde sait être faux.

 

Si le Gabon veut se développer, il ne faut plus tolérer ce genre d’incompétence au plus haut niveau de l’administration.
