AP Moller is said to have bought the Gabonese government's shares in the port of Owendo through the Gabon-Special Economic Zone joint venture.

AP Moller which has invested nearly 140 million euros in the capital of Arise Port & Logistics, or approximately 92 billion CFA francs, will appoint three directors to the board of directors and will have operational control of the activity. Olam will also appoint three directors, one of whom is already known: the inevitable Gagan Gupta will be responsible for port activity in Owendo; in other words, he will be the boss!

This is how Gabon goes!
