The announcement was thunderous: the Gabonese state now owns 35% of the
shares of Ceca-Gadis, a company of the Delta-Synergy nebula. But how was this
possible?
Very simple dear readers: the Gabonese State simply seized the shares
of the Bongo-Valentins in this group and transferred them to its accounts in
the Caisse de Dépôt et Consignation. These shares were those of Ali Bongo, his
friends in the Foreign Legion, and the family of his wife Sylvia
Bongo-Valentin.

l’Etat Gabonais est désormais propriétaire a 35% des actions de la Ceca-Gadis,

l’Etat Gabonais a simplement fait saisir les parts des Bongo-Valentin dans ce
groupe et les a transférées dans ses comptes de la Caisse de Dépôt et de
Consignation. Ces parts étaient celles d’Ali Bongo, de ses amis de la légion étrangère,
et de la famille de son épouse Sylvia Bongo-Valentin.
