English version A 15-year-old Gabonese minor encouraged his 7-year-old younger brother to beat up his other 3-year-old brother; all this while filming the scene he then put on social media. The Gabonese law is however clear in its article 57: “When a minor between the ages of thirteen and eighteen has committed a crime or an offense, they will, in all cases, be referred to the investigating judge who will also inquire about the conditions of existence and education of the child.
