La Lettre du Continent tells us that Brice Laccruche Alihanga had a list of people whom he would have liked to have "elected", that is to say, to have appointed to Parliament. But for various reasons, Ali Bongo did not back his list.

According to this publication, Frédéric Bongo, head of the special services of the presidency and Ali Bongo’s brother, would have alerted the latter of Brice Laccruche Alihanga’s will to position in most of the country's departments, members of his movement: the Association of Young Emerging Volunteers (AJEV). Some of these arrangements are as follows:

-In the Estuary, Brice Laccruche Alihanga would have liked to place Paul Biyoghe Mba; but Ali Bongo would have decided to push Julien Nkoghé Bekalé.

- In Bitam, it is the coordinator of the AJEV and also financial director of the Society of energy and water of Gabon (SEEG), Tony Ondo Mba, that Brice Laccruche Alihanga wanted to propel. But Ali Bongo would have preferred Macaire Edzang, a René Ndemezo'o Obiang’s lackey.

-In Haut-Ogooué, Ali Bongo has entrusted the management of the appointments to Lambert Noël Matha in place of Brice Laccruche Alihanga.

-In the Ogooué-Maritime, Ali Bongo would have preferred that the "elected" be chosen by his political adviser Michel Essonghe. As a result, the AJEV candidate, Noël Mboumba, head of the Gabonese Refining Company (Sogara), could have to reconsider his ambitions downwardly.

La Lettre du Continent nous dit que Brice Laccruche Alihanga avait une liste de personnes qu’il aurait voulu faire « élire », c’est-à-dire en faire nommer, au parlement. Mais pour diverses raisons, Ali Bongo n’a pas soutenu sa liste.

D’après cette publication, Frédéric Bongo le patron des services spéciaux de la présidence et frère d’Ali Bongo, aurait alerte ce dernier des volontés de Brice Laccruche Alihanga de positionner dans la plupart des circonscriptions du pays, les membres de son mouvement : l'Association des jeunes émergents volontaires (AJEV). Certains de ces arrangements s’établissent comme suit :

-Dans l'Estuaire, Brice Laccruche Alihanga aurait voulu placer Paul Biyoghé Mba ; mais Ali Bongo aurait décidé de pousser Julien Nkoghé Bekalé.

-A Bitam, c’est le coordonnateur de l'AJEV et aussi directeur financier de la Société d'énergie et d'eau du Gabon (SEEG), Tony Ondo Mba, que voulait propulser Brice Laccruche Alihanga. Mais Ali Bongo préfèrerait Macaire Edzang, un oblige de René Ndemezo'o Obiang.

-Dans le Haut-Ogooué, Ali Bongo aurait confié le management des nominations à Lambert Noël Matha en lieu et place de Brice Laccruche Alihanga.

-Dans l’Ogooué-Maritime, Ali Bongo aurait préfère que les « elus » soient choisis par son conseiller politique Michel Essonghé. En conséquence, le candidat de l'AJEV, Noël Mboumba, patron de la Société gabonaise de raffinage (Sogara), pourrait revoir ses ambitions à la baisse.
