THE BONGO-VALENTINS STRENGTHEN THEIR BUSINESSES WITH THE HELP OF MOROCCO! LES BONGO-VALENTIN RENFORCENT LEURS AFFAIRES AVEC L’AIDE DU MAROC !

English version

The Bongo-Valentins, but in fact Sylvia Bongo, have just entrusted the management of their business whose platform is in Morocco, to two people: a banker Marc Kreiker, and an advisor to the Gabonese presidency, Kim Oun.

These two people were appointed directors of two investment funds created in Casablanca by Ali Bongo's brother-in-law (or sister-in-law), Christophe Valentin, brother (or sister) of Sylvia Bongo. At the end of December 2021, Christophe Valentin would have revised the statutes of the two investment funds he had created in 2014 in Casablanca: the Société d'investissement et de coopération africaine I et II (SICA I and II), where two new directors, Marc Kreiker and Kim Oun, were appointed; to replace Bernard Morin who is project manager within the Sylvia Bongo Ondimba Foundation, and Laurence Hannequin, who is deputy general manager of the real estate company Alliance, based in Libreville.

Kim Oun is a South Korean and a member of the presidential cabinet. In Morocco, it is still he who in January 2020, was appointed manager of the Dar Ain Zarafa Estate Management Company, created to administer the villa built by Ali Bongo in the Palmeraie of Marrakech. This residence, called "Ali", required nearly ten years of work and mobilized one of the most prominent architectural firms in the kingdom, Studio KO.

Marc Kreiker is French, and since 2019 has been a director of BGFI Bank.

If the activity of these structures remains unclear, they would be housed at the headquarters of Noratco (North Atlantic Corporation), a real estate and property administration agency in the hands of Lalla Malika El Alaoui, who is a member of the Moroccan royal family. Noratco was founded in 1951 by Nissim Gabai, known as Nisso, who later became president of the Jewish community of Tangier.
