described as very dilapidated and in poor state. Since the Bongo family has
come to power in Gabon, the country has suffered from a chronic transportation
infrastructure deficit which has in turn hampered any significant economic
development
The lack of investment in transportation infrastructure in the form of
road networks, is hard to understand. However, this blog can affirm that this
situation is certainly exacerbated by patterns of corruption in awarding roads
contracts, lack of contracts monitoring, and inefficient governance hindering a
culture of accountability.
The roads are in a state of disrepair in Gabon. The water and electricity
sector also has inefficient operations. In the transport sector. The country air
transport sector in nonexistent. Education is all but dead. The health care
system is in shambles.

L’éducation est presque morte. Le système de santé est en ruine.
