Pasqua's theorem applies very well to the current situation in Gabon since the announcement by decision of the Council of Ministers to transform the commune of Akanda into a city that immediately becomes the capital of the Estuary province.  But what is Pasqua's theorem?

 

Pasqua's theorem, named after the former French interior minister, who died in 2015, says: "When you are annoyed by a case, you have to stir up a case within the case, and if necessary another case within the case of the case, until no one understands anything anymore."

 

Dear readers, this is what the Ali Bongo regime is subjecting the Gabonese people to; cases within the case so people are lost and no longer understand anything.

This blog does not say that Akanda's case is not important, but it warns Gabonese against the regime's willingness to present them with other problems that will distract them from the main issue which is the continuity of Ali Bongo at the head of Gabon and another hereditary succession that is looming.

Le théorème de Pasqua s'applique très bien à la situation actuelle que connait le Gabon depuis l’annonce par décision du conseil des ministres de transformer la commune d’Akanda en ville qui devient immédiatement le chef-lieu de la province de l’Estuaire. Mais qu’est-ce que le théorème de Pasqua ?

 

Le théorème de Pasqua, du nom de l'ancien ministre de l'Intérieur français, décédé en 2015, dit ceci : « Quand on est emmerdé par une affaire, il faut susciter une affaire dans l’affaire, et si nécessaire une autre affaire dans l’affaire de l’affaire, jusqu’à ce que personne n’y comprenne plus rien.»

 

Chers lecteurs, voici ce que le régime Ali Bongo soumet au peuple Gabonais ; des affaires dans l’affaire à n’en plus comprendre quoi que ce soit.

 

L’affaire la plus importante est qu’Ali Bongo soit hors-jeu. Mais il faut éviter que le peuple Gabonais se concentre dessus car Sylvia Bongo veut que 2013 arrive sans problème pour que Noureddin soit mis en selle de la manière la plus naturelle possible. Pour cela, il faut éloigner les Gabonais de l’interrogation sur l’état d’Ali Bongo ; alors à intervalles réguliers, il faut allumer des foyers de tension qui divertiront le peuple pendant que Noureddin et sa bande se préparent tranquillement à assumer la succession.

 

Cette citation prêtée à Charles Pasqua, est maîtresse dans la stratégie de diversion qui consiste à retourner à son avantage une situation embarrassante et difficile pour soi, en faisant oublier aux gens le principal problème grâce à une présentation d’un autre problème moins important dans le fond, mais qui aurait l’avantage de les secouer de manière émotive.

 

Ce blog ne dit pas que l’affaire d’Akanda n’est pas importante, mais il met les Gabonais en garde contre la volonté du régime à leur présenter d’autres problèmes qui vont les distraire du problème principal qui est la continuité d’Ali Bongo a la tête du Gabon et une autre succession héréditaire qui se profile.
