STRONG PERFORMANCE BY THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS! UNE PRESTATION SOLIDE DU MINISTRE DES AFFAIRES ÉTRANGÈRES !
The least that can be
said is that Michel Regis Onanga-Ndiaye would have inherited one of the most
ailing ministries in Gabon.
Gabon's Ministry of
Foreign Affairs is embroiled in cases of unsavory premises inside and outside
Gabon; unpaid diplomats; their children unpaid schooling; unpaid rent; Gabonese
citizens left to fend for themselves outside the country; etc...
Gabonese diplomacy has
never been as devastated as it is at the moment. Ali Bongo and his gang really
destroyed everything in their path. All has to be redone, as our suddenly
famous compatriot would say.
During the program
"Les Grands Dossiers", Michel Regis Onanga-Ndiaye did well in his
explanations aimed at convincing the general public that he would have a master
plan for the recovery of Gabonese diplomacy. He rather mastered his subject and
avoided pouring out excuses and lamentations.
With the performance of
this minister, Gabonese diplomats have reason to believe that with great
efforts, the storm could recede somewhat. It will not be easy, but this
minister seems to know what needs to be done.

Le moins que l’on puisse
dire, est que Michel Regis Onanga-Ndiaye aurait hérité de l’un des ministères les
plus mal en point du Gabon.
Le ministère des Affaires Etrangères
du Gabon est empêtré dans des affaires de locaux peu reluisants au Gabon et à l’extérieur ;
de diplomates non payés ; de leurs enfants à la scolarité non payé ; à
des loyers non payés ; à des citoyens Gabonais laissés à eux-mêmes à l’extérieur
du pays ; etc…
Jamais la diplomatie
Gabonaise n’a été aussi sinistrée qu’elle ne l’est en ce moment. Ali Bongo et
sa bande ont vraiment tout détruit sur leur passage. Tout est à refaire, comme
dirait notre soudain célèbre compatriote.
Au cours de l’émission « Les
Grands Dossiers », Michel Regis Onanga-Ndiaye s’en est bien sorti dans ses
explications visant à convaincre le grand public qu’il aurait un plan directeur
le redressement de la diplomatie Gabonaise. Il a plutôt maitrise son sujet et évité
de se répandre en excuses et en lamentations.
Avec la prestation de ce
ministre, les diplomates Gabonais ont des raisons de croire qu’avec de gros
efforts, l’orage pourrait quelque peu s’éloigner. Le travaille ne sera pas
simple, mais ce ministre semble savoir ce qu’il faille faire.
