IN A COUNTRY, WHAT GUARANTEES THE RESPECT FOR THE CONSTITUTION? DANS UN ÉTAT, QUI GARANTIT LE RESPECT DE LA CONSTITUTION ?

 In a normal country, there are two types of guardians of the Constitution:

 1. The Constitutional Court: it ensures the constitutionality of the country's laws and international commitments.

 2.Political institutions such as the presidency and the Government: which put the public force and the attributes of the State at the service of strengthening respect for the Constitution.

 So when the government itself violates the constitution, what do we do?

 Dans un pays normal, il existe deux types de gardiens de la Constitution :

 1.        La Cour Constitutionnelle : elle assure la constitutionnalité des lois et des engagements internationaux du pays.

 2.       Les institutions politiques tel le chef de l'État et le gouvernement : qui mettent la force publique et les attributs de l’Etat, au service du renforcement du respect de la Constitution.

 Alors, quand le gouvernement lui-même viole la constitution, on fait comment ?
