Mrs. Marianne Messani is a Gabonese woman who only asked to remain anonymous by calmly going about her business. But as usual, lawlessness in Gabon came to disrupt her quiet life.

Mrs. Messani returned to ANUTTC to ask who was building on her land while she was waiting for the demarcation of the said land by ANUTTC. The Director of ANUTTC consulted his software and confirmed that the land belonged to Mrs. Messani. The Director of ANUTTC sent a team to the field to notify the builder to stop any work.

 

On the scene, the site guard will tell the ANUTTC that this house under construction belonged to Mr. Joel Damas. Subsequently, the Director of ANUTTC received pressure from the Minister of Justice asking him to solve this problem.

How could she make sense of this whirlwind of overwhelming absurdities that have pervaded the land that was attributed to her by ANUTTC?

 

This is the tragicomedy that is in front of us, Gabon is a prolific factory fabricating such absurdities. Politicians like Mrs. Damas who could at best be described as comedians, are presented to us as people supposed to “serve the nation”, while they are in fact predators who are there to take from ordinary Gabonese people.

 

Let’s face it. Gabon is a country where lawlessness seems to be the “operating law”, even though there is an operating code of governance called ‘the constitution’. Gabonese politicians continue to act like they’re laws unto themselves. They cannot obey the written law, because they are the law! That’s it!

Madame Marianne Messani est une Gabonaise qui ne demandait qu’a rester anonyme en vaquant calmement à ses occupations. Mais comme à son habitude, le droit non droit au Gabon est venu perturber sa petite vie.

 

En 2018, Madame Messani a acquis une parcelle de terrain de 4500 mètres carrés. Elle a ensuite entrepris une démarche de régularisation foncière auprès de l’ANUTTC, sans problème. Elle a reçu un avis favorable de ces autorités foncières. Il lui a été délivré un certificat d’affichage.

 

Plus tard, lors d’une visite sur le terrain, elle y découvre une maison en construction. Renseignement pris, le propriétaire en est Monsieur Joel Damas, l’époux de l’actuel Ministre de la Justice, Madame Erlyne Antonella Ndembet Damas.

 

Madame Messani retourna à l’ANUTTC demander qui construisait sur son terrain alors qu’elle était en attente du bornage dudit terrain par l’ANUTTC. Le Directeur de l’ANUTTC consulta son logiciel et confirma que le terrain appartenait bel et bien à Madame Messani. Le Directeur de l’ANUTTC envoya une équipe sur le terrain signifier à celui qui construisait d’un arrêt des travaux.

 

Sur les lieux, le gardien du chantier dira a l’ANUTTC que cette maison en construction appartenait à Monsieur Joel Damas. Par la suite, le Directeur de l’ANUTTC reçu des pressions de Madame le Ministre de la Justice lui demandant de régler ce problème.

 

Au finish, le problème fut réglé : l’ANUTTC dit maintenant qu’elle s’est trompe en attribuant le terrain à Madame Messani. Par conséquent, ce terrain lui est retiré et attribué à Monsieur et Madame Damas. C’est cela chers lecteurs, le Gabon !

C’est la tragi-comédie qui se présente devant nous ; le Gabon est une usine prolifique qui fabrique des absurdités. Des politiciens comme Mme Damas, que l’on pourrait au mieux qualifier de comédiens, nous sont présentés comme des gens censés « servir la nation », alors que ce sont en fait des prédateurs qui sont là pour tout arracher aux Gabonais ordinaires.

 

Regardons les choses en face : le Gabon est un pays où la non loi semble être la « loi  », même s’il existe un code de gouvernance appelé « la Constitution ». Les politiciens gabonais continuent d’agir comme s’ils étaient des lois en eux-mêmes. Ils ne peuvent pas obéir à la loi écrite, parce qu’ils sont la loi ! Voilà !
