The Minister of
Justice shamefully violates the law. You have to be in Gabon to believe it.
Indeed, the
Minister of Justice, Mrs. Damas, as demonstrated by the content of this video,
has chosen not to respect the law and to violate the constitutional guarantee
represented by the right to own property of every Gabonese, by violating with
her husband the right of a compatriot to enjoy her duly acquired land.
When the people
charged with representing the State deprive ordinary citizens of the
possibility of enjoying their property and rights, it is a denial of freedom; that
is unacceptable.

Le ministre de la
Justice qui honteusement viole la loi. Il faut être au Gabon pour le croire.
En effet, le
ministre de la Justice, Madame Damas, comme le démontre le contenu de cette vidéo,
a fait le choix de ne pas respecter la loi et de violer la garantie
constitutionnelle que représente le droit à la propriété de tout Gabonais, en
enfreignant avec son époux, le droit d’une compatriote à jouir de son terrain dument
acquis.
Quand les gens chargés
représenter l’Etat prive les simples citoyens de la possibilité de jouir de
leurs biens et de leurs droits, c’est un déni de liberté ; et cela est
inacceptable.
