Pour la création de cette société, Noureddin Bongo aurait fait appel à un cabinet d'avocats londonien du nom de « Norton Rose Fulbright » qui se spécialise dans le domaine minier en Afrique (surprise, surprise).

 

Il est a noter que Noureddin Bongo ne vit pas au Gabon, mais à Londres. Néanmoins, il garde la main au Gabon, par le truchement de ses pions installés dans l’apex de l’Etat gabonais, notamment le directeur adjoint du cabinet d'Ali Bongo : Mohamed Ali Saliou, ou encore Yann Ngoulou le fils officieux d’Albert Yangari.

 

Comme quoi on peut se préparer à prendre le pouvoir au Gabon, tout en vivant a Londres et en y suivant ses lucratives affaires.
