n’ait jamais connus, le nommé Jean-Boniface Assélé, beau-frère d’Omar Bongo, général
d’opérette, ayant institutionnalise le droit de couchage a la police nationale,
au ministère de l’Education Nationale, dans son lycée de l’IPES (actuellement Djoué
